West Yellowstone Expo Ticket Pricing

Ouch again this year. Guess the Expo organizers haven't read the paper about the state of the economy.

I stop by the Expo on my way to Cooke City to ride every year. Not interested in anything but the exhibits. $15 for 45min walk through. Oh but you get race admission too you say? Read above, not interested in anything but the exhibits. Wish there was an "exhibits only" ticket for $5 or so.

I'll just skip the Expo this year I guess, I can find all the info on the Web anyway.

I agree with you. We have been going to the expo for many years. Last year we went over at about 4:00pm to look at the exhibits and was told the tickets were $15 or $18 I can’t remember. I even asked if we could get a discount since the racing was almost over and the exhibits would be closing in an hour or so. Needless to say we turned around and left. I am there to ride not watch all the racing. It has been fun in years past to go and wander around the exhibits with my friends but at that price I will not even drive over this year. It must suck for all of the vendors as no one wants to spend any money inside after they had to bend over at the front door. I can except $5-7 but not $15-20???

$15/day. They have some multiday options as well.

I'd liked it a couple of years ago when the manufactors stepped up and admission was free. Sure would be nice if they did that again, if not, maybe there could be some discount coupons available from them, dealers, or maybe even from here Snowest.
Just thinking with the fingers.
