Went for a ride. Dec. 13th

Well Stephy. If you have kids.... And there is the chance that they will freeze, ya stay home. So that was me. Good news is that we are getting snow and you can still plan on that trip. We will keep you posted.

No, no kids BUT I will wait for the deep stuff for sure.....sounds like it could be coming, maybe??? Want me to do the famous snow dance for ya??:p
 
Bring it on.... Better not see Stephy on a stick, I want the real deal. Snow dancin in your snow gear. That would be awesome!!!!!!

Absolutely !!!!! OVER THE HOOD will definitely get me there fast...GP should I bring the sitter???? LOL !;)
 
how was the ride? I went for a little night ride tonight and it was deep down low.I bet it is amazing up high. I cant wait
 
My cheek pads are too thick and they were crushing my face! I was too worried that it would stay that way.....and I've got enough trouble without that! ;)

My pics all look the same as yours, right up until I dropped the camera in the snow that is :eek:
Did you end up going out on Sun at all?

About 5 minutes after we left you guys, mine wasn't steering so well and I was like, what the crap?!?! A few turns later I ate Sh!t and was lying in the snow. I looked down at my ski and the stupid bolt that holds it on had sheared off right at the nut! So the remaining piece of the bolt was still holding one side on, and I had to use some rope I had to tie on the other side. Made it back to the truck with the ski wandering and me going back and forth between the ditch on the left side of the road, and the ditch on the right, all the while trying not to eat it and fall over a hundred times.

I don't think there will ever be a trip when I don't have to fix something afterwards.
 
Yeah I saw that thread right after I asked. I always start from the bottom up when I read the new posts.

Yes that was my mark. Probably hard to miss.
No injuries, just lots of swearing......lots and lots and lots!
Was pretty tired of lifting/pulling/fighting the sled by the time we got to the truck.
