and about 200 lbs heavier when stuck :beer;:rolleyes:

Damn strait. My IQR 800 is about 520 wet and It feels like a tank when I am stuck on the flats. When I am on a hill I just spin it around in my trench (wooo go short tracks!:cool:) or I roll it over once. :p

my lite is down to 350 dry or somethen i think they might have weighed them correctly back in 94 :D i love having a sled that can be lifted without a highlift jack, and most people wouldnt believe what it can make it up

Nytro is advertiseda t 550lbs dry form yamaha. They have a 7.5 gallon gas tank

My turbo nytro 162 weighed in a 595 wet. Has a few light weight goodies on it

Not sure on exact weights. I was able to ride a few different sleds last weekend. I'm ashamed to say that Nytro really got my attention. I still prefer my dragon, but with a little tweaking the Yami seems like it could be fun. Power and ergonomics were good, steering and front end need some work. I think it had over 20lbs of snow just in the a-arms. They have come a long way with that sled though.

I just checked Supertrax mag.
Dragon 800 155 advertised dry weight of 472lbs. Estimated wet 545lbs.
Nytro MTX 153 dry weight 553lbs. And estimated wet at 615lbs.
Hope that helps.

Nitro

I can tell you from experience that the Nitro handles like a dream compared to a 1998 Polaris 600 XC long tracked to a 136" :) Not a fair comparison, but even after getting it stuck, I still had a very high opinion of it. It digs out about the same as any other sled, and felt lighter than my old 600.

Hey cool thanks i was talking with Mountain performance and they said there is a 15 lbs difference with the nytro being heavier i think i might try an XTX with a supercharger and do so light weight goodies off that anyboby feel that it is a good or bad deal.
Thanks Mike

its right at or just under 600lbs,rearmount turbos are about 10-15 pounds more than front mounts.most turbo kits weigh25-30lbs.:beer;

thats awesome that it is under 600 pounds wet weight do you all suggest having a sled like this i do tight tree riding would a supercharged yammi be ok or a turbo'd dragon what is needed all your insight leads to my purchase.

I am not a Poo fan but would choose a dragon ANY day over a ill handling yamatank nytro. The guy's on the yamaha forums told me you could not feel the extra weight while riding. B.S.!!!!! Even after the diet I put my Nytro on it still was a heavy turd.

Since you still felt it was heavy you go back to a 2 stroke is it front heavy or whats the deal on that i looked at the m-8 don't know much about it.
