Wanted:

I can't believe that they just slapped on new shocks w/o making sure that the shock would rotate freely. Just goes to show why I prefer to work on my own stuff. I hope they get you fixed up quickly this time. They ought to be kicking in some gas money for you after spoiling 2 trips now over something so stupid.

.... or a set of floats. Don't fix the problem, they would probably break
also if it's not fixed, but it would be nice.

What bothers me is they have no shocks. Xtreme had to take them off their
inventory sled the last time. Now that Greg bought that one, I'm sure he's not
going to give those up for my cause.

I'm not used to having to wait for warranty parts, usually it's my own fault. I wonder if they will FedEx them for you if they don't have another sled to cannabalize from.

On another note, I get the leg looked at again today. I would love for them to put me in a boot so I can start riding again. I'm dying to go to W/C this w/e.

Don't say "broken shocks" and my name in the same sentence!!!!
I'll send you some titanium shafts to stick in there and some detailed instructions on how to install the correct length bushings at each pivot point.....
With all the powder at the Ears who needs shocks!! :D

That part was a joke, I would have trouble buying from Felkers and Doo.
I don't have enough cash to buy his help. I luv my Nytro and I have said, "if
I was to buy something other, it would be a Dragon 800". ;)

I rode a Xp 154 all day last weekend, it was a nice sled but I would pick my 07 Adrenaline over it any day. The rumor that they are completely different is true!
MHO

mine pivot - there is definetely something going on with Jims.

As for the rental RMK - they always tend to run better when they have coolant in them. At least the wife was smart enough to shut 'er down when the temp light came on a mile from the rental shop.

Definetely contact bdubs for cabin rental - that place is sweet - 1/4 from the trails. Great get away with the wives.

Jim - how's the wife's knee?

On a side not - customer service from Xtreme has been impressive to me. To get a call from the owner with an offer to drive to bring a replacement sled is way above and beyond IMO.

D@mn, sorry you guys had so much trouble up there, where did you rent from.. On the trail? Or Spirit Lake?

Glad you liked the cabin. Thanks for the props!

Next time you guys are up there I want to come up and show you some non trail riding ;)... Glad the wives had fun, that's really what counts right!!

You got that right - they all had a blast. We didn'y manage much off trial time but would be nice to see it. You ought to trailer over to RE some weekend :)

We rented from Grand Adventures - they were great about the whole thing and had us going again with a replacement in under 15 minutes. Wasn't that big of a deal at all. On the Trail was all out of real sleds when I called.

forgot about them renting poo's. Good people there...

As for RE, just waiting for an invite! J/K That is one area I only ride once maybe twice a year and have never gone with anyone who knows the area.. Always have a good time but just don't have a crew that rides there. (or anywhere anymore...:( ) so hit me up!!

... and on a Saturday!

Her knee is fine, swelling went down.

You need to slow down Jimbo! Too much speed brother! I know you don't like Felkers(kodpkd might be the reason:eek:)but they borrowed me a sled to ride when mine was in the shop having the s-module replaced after my rock encounter. Lynn is not as bad as you think;) I know you would never, ever, give up on a Yammy(not even for a Poo I reckon:)) so get that Nytro working so when my 210 lbs of love takes 'er for a spin I don't break it:eek:

Truth be told, I have no problem with Lynn, I have never delt with him. I can
only go off what other people say and one bad word can be more damaging
that 10 good ones.

I would give up on Yami but not 4stk. You make it sound like going to a
Poo is a step up from my Yami. lol I look at it as if I would be stepping down if I got on any of the other three. Some things are more important to some than they are others.

It'll handle your 210 for awile. It lasts about 100 miles with my 235. lol

You're not turning "green" are you Jim??? All this "never ride a 2 stroke again" has me a little nervous:D Are you driving a "Prius" with the tow package? Eating granola constantly? Planting trees all over the place? Going to work with Bushmaster:eek: He's half green/all 2 stroke!

I'm with Jim  .. Hope I never have to "ride" a 2 stroke again... Don't get me wrong if one has to tow me out, that would be tolerable
Don't want to dig too deep of a hole....

Nope, not turning green Ike, maybe just old. I don't need the thrill of
climbing some nasty chute or adrenalin from a drag race across a meadow.
A nice peaceful ride thru the tree's and meadows suits me fine. I like the fact
that I can just turn a key and start, the thing runs the same every time I start it, no matter the weather. I also like not having to do a darn thing after
a ride. I just put it in the trailer, take to Xtreme for shocks, pick it up for my next ride.

LMFAO - Yammerhammer the leaf eater.
