Utah neighbor thread....

My name is Matt and I LOVE the winter! It started out so wrong for me as I was born in Hollywood California. But 6 years later I made my parents move me to Providence Utah where I finally had my winters. later, I met a girl in high school that lived in Wellsville, and I moved across the valley. 16 years later, I still live in Wellsville, and I have four kids, and I still have ONLY one wife (the same one)
My friends at work call me "Crash." I'm not sure why, cause I don't crash that often... but I'm not afraid to! I spend 90% of my sledding life up Providence canyon because it's so close, and since I grew up there and that's what I know. I spend the other 09% up at Tony Grove. Throw in one or two trips a year up to Cub River, and a few more up at the sinks (just at the beginning of the year) and that's been it for me. I ride with the same group of guys all the time. We are a social group though and love to meet different people. We even spent 1/2 hour with a group of cross country skiers yesterday talking about where our favorite places are. Some people leave their 'courtesy to others' down at the parking lot, and let their enormous egos take over up in the hills. But that's not me and my friends......and neither are the people that I have met out there that are SW members. there are a lot of good peeps out there, and hopefully I get the chance to run into some more of you guys and gals. Well enough about me.....I'm off now to do the snow dance!!!!

easy there turbo, we'll get outta the sinks once we get some snow. but for now we keep it simple cuz we have a pretty good idea where the rocks are from previous experience, eh moose? any who there might not be any real big hills up there but the tree riding is pretty sweet. you had that skidooski out yet this year? and hows that cummings turbo deezel treatin ya?:beer;

Yeah ive been riding up in idaho. Seems like they have more snow but still hitting rocks. Hope the rev doesnt break in half. OH yes just been going in race mode everywhere like all the cool cummings. Cause thats what you got to do round here:beer;

spent over twenty years touring the world, compliments of the air force....been upside down over denali peak in alaska, the fjords of norway, the sands of the sahara, the volcanos of hawaii, the rocky mountains, and a whole lot of stuff in between in one fighter jet or another...spent the last of my fighter years in the f-16....traded that in on a b-737 and flew for southwest airlines until i retired a few years ago....spend a good deal of the summer at lake powell, 32' cruiser....sled almost anywhere i can get somebody to go......ride a fairly modded 09 m-1000...still have an attitude, but mostly keep it to myself....ride with buds from idaho, wyoming, and utah....frequently go to a parking lot and ride with whoever looks like they might be fun and have some idea of what they're doing....i left fear in oklahoma after my first ride in a fighter jet, just after going through the sound barrier and realized i was still alive.....i left stupid there also.....i have a decent respect for stuff that will kill me however, and i appreciate my fellow man a lot more these days....:)

atleast your out riding, appearantly theres a few rocks up at the sinks that we didnt know about i think we all found a few yesterday. but with only about 2 feet of snow what do ya expect, hopefully it snows soon. sounds like your fitting in nicely with the rest of the cummings drivers around here.
