Looks like he said 6-8000 in the post you quoted.

What is the benefit of the 47C belt over the 45C?
Some of you have been asking about the 47 Gates belt. It is now the belt I prefer over the 45.
Dobeck Performance will stock them.*(406) 388-2006
How many of you guys trying the TRS set-up have drilled your motor straps and got the motor positioned 100% square? Or at least what he had recommended in the Pro forum? I think like .030" lead in.
I bought all the parts (gearing, weights, springs, helixes, exhaust springs, thermo mod) and have half dozen sets of the TCP Lightning weights. I tried the setup on probably 8 trips out west. Did everything except slot the motor straps. Had the same results as ^^^^^^. Good response, good shift/backshift but would start slipping the belt halfway up the clutch.
I'm not the expert, but kinda just decided to drop it for now till I have time to pull my motor and get it properly aligned. It's .090"-.100" depending how I hold the ruler.

Tony, you're getting real close to your old setup on the NA Pro where you ran a 100-150 spring with the 46-32f helix. I am setting up a buddy this week with a NA Axys but I only have a 46-32f helix. Any guesses on what spring to use?
We ride 5-7000' feet and its a belt drive sled geared down to 2.28:1 final drive ratio, 165 conquer track, 170lb rider. I only have down to 64g weights though so I'm hesitant to go that really light on springs with him.
How do they measure in reality?
45C4553 is spec'd at:
1.442" wide
46.704" long
47C4572 is spec'd at:
1.469" wide
46.875" long
Mainly asking for width, because the 47C is supposed to be .027" wider, which would throw off belt to sheave clearance significantly.
Hey Tory, have you been able to confirm these measurements? Do you happen to know if these measurements are supposed to reciprocate the Polaris 3211115 and 3211183 belts?
Don't be reluctant. It's a beautiful light weight/light spring combo. Way easier on clutch wear and on the top end prolly has better legs.I’ve been absent for a while. I’ve been riding. Have nearly 1800 miles on the ‘18 Hill Pumpkin and just over 300 miles on the ‘18 mule(it’s in the shop with gremlins).
I did not measured the 47 belt. It is a touch wider because it’s a 28* belt like the 115. Not the 26* of the 183. The 47 will create belt dust during break in. I did pull a cord on one at 400 miles. But I didn’t break it in correctly, I rode it like I stole it.
I’m a little reluctant to post my current setup. I’ve ran it in all types of conditions and has been working “for me” for nearly 600 miles. I need to set up another sled to see how it performs for their riding style. This is on a chain case 3” 162” stock Polaris track, stock pipe and can. 8-10,000’. No mods outside of clutching and revalved shocks. With a very loose track compared to Polaris spec. But here it is, 100-275 primary (gold)spring, 58.6g Lightning weights, 100-150 secondary (red/yellow) spring, 40-32F helix, 19-41 gearing, 47/45 belt.
