First, I would like to thank everyone that has purchased a clutch kit from me. The support has been beyond expectation. Sales are three fold of last year. Thank you.

Every single person that has rode one of the sled's ive setup now pretty much seems to sell another kit! lol Once you ride it its really hard to go back to anything else.

What are you guys running for weight, and what rpms and track speeds are you seeing on a good pull.
I have the kit on a 19 x174. Have the 66g weights have a 125-280 spring and am still seeing 84-85 rpm. Going to put in a 260 spring but think i need to move up more weight.

Impressive. With Dan's helix as well?

For comparison, I run 76g lightenings with Tony's helix and spring choice on 800's with 7 lbs. of boost at 3-6.

What’s even more interesting.
We were tuning on a 2020 Khaos 2.6 last week at 9800’.
The clutch setup almost mirrored an 800 5# sidekick.
Polaris has a runner in the 850.???

Three thumbs up and 5 snowflakes.

Wow, then there must be a big difference between the '19 and the '20. I have yet to ride this year but that is very surprising.

Maybe I should stop on my new 800 build and buy a 2020 840.

Yes, I have the complete kit. I can pick either a 62 or a 66 degree with the helix. Right now I have it on the 62. It doesnt even have 5 hours on it yet so the rpm might creep up a bit more as I break it in. Not sure what I will do to bring it down. I need to get the front end down on it too. It just jumps up on top of the snow. That 2.7 track might have a bit to do with it too because it bites hard.

2020 163 2.6, Running Tonys kit at 6-8k feet and loving it. Had to go heavier on weights, was turning 8400 with the 68g weights kit originally came with, ordered a set of 70s from tony to try and hold this thing back!
