Trackstand tuning tips..Tighten XP nut & bolts

Going out riding tomorrow so i tighten up the track & chain tonight and did a little inspection and could help but notice of under torqued many nuts and bolts were on the XP....Some ones gottta let Martha the brp robot to put a another 2 turn into her micro chip for every nut & bolt on the XP.

By the way my track has more fuzz showing than my belt

Rear ends on some sleds are sagging and bolts that hold on the
bumper are rubbing the track, freind of mine is getting a new
track on BRP, dealer said BRP knows about problem. The new
bolts have rounded heads, just a thought.

Hum……I’ll have to check mine. I’ve been hearing my track rubbing under hard acceleration up hills. Good to know. Also be sure you don’t tighten your track to much. Good post........

The left side of my track is more than just fuzzy. The right side is also fuzzy just not as bad and the track is aligned on the suspension..BD

Yep,me too!!....Damn!!.....Headed down to get some button head bolts.
