track hitting tunnel?

hey guys, on my 09 XP 154 the outside of the track lugs on the right side are getting chewed up by the rivets that hold the drop down bracket on. It's real tight in there and there doesn't seem to be a way to adjust and it has never been wrecked or tweaked to warp the tunnel. 3 other guys with summit XP's in our group - 2 08's and another 09 - none have this issue. Anyone else have this happen? Will Doo warrant this?

The track on my friends '09 146 is destroyed from the same thing, both sides. Dealer has taken pics etc and warranty does not seem to apply, no idea why it's doing it either. Mine has 1250 km's and looks mint.

why is it always the right side. i think it is the bumper bolt. next fall i will replace with pan head allen head bolts. mine is startint to chew the paddles pretty good

check your tightening bolts to make sure your adjusted evenly. if they are out the track will run to one side of the tunnel.pick a bolt on the rail and measure to the center of your rear bogey wheels on both sides and adjust acordingly.

On my 08 xp I found that the front part of the tunnel was wider than the rear so I spaced it with thick washers on the back swing arm behind the drop brackets. Besides aligning the track and putting round head bumper bolts.

on my 09 154" it was the bumper bolts, replace them with hex heads and it is fine!
