Track for Nytro?

Stock track for now. Going C.E. 162x15x2.5 hopefully next month.

Nikolai, where'd you get that?

I'm sure I'll like it. I've had an Expert-X before and they're awesome. This the same thing but with re-valved Floats instead of the KYB shocks.

Well i have the stock Nytro and putting on a 162 15 2.5 track next week, ordred the kit from tom hartman, and lol he said that track wont fit, but what ever.

ill for sure let anyone know how it works. i was thinking about gearing it down, but iam at 6000 to 8000 and that sleds pulls hard on the bottom so i dotn think iam going to. at least not tell i try the track frist and get it clutched.. fun times ahead:)

just threw on my C.E 156 15 2.5 :D it was a farly easy install other then the offset rear axle, im not sure what brand it was but it was brutal to put in other than that its a really easy swap . cant wait to try it out this weekend :beer;

Let us know how you made out, my 156 CE is going on next days off and Im still wondering if I should gear down a tooth.

T bone- what RPM are you pulling with the 162 track??

What elevation are you riding at?

Mines only pulling 8150 on the hills with the stock track at 10,000 feet elevation. I have 3 shims in the primary and 2ndary is set at 70 degrees deflection. I think I am going to increase the 2ndary to 90 degrees, and see if I can get to the recommended 8750 RPM.

If your not pulling 8750, your leaving alot on the table.

riding at elevations of about 6000 + up to about 9000. today it was pulling 8600 - 8900 in some set-up snow out here in Silver Mines in Golden. i have the secondary set up to 90deg & about a gram taken off each weight in the primary with 2 shims also. but the belt has been squealing a bit so i'm going to adjust the deflection a bit for tomorrow & set the secondary back to 80 deg. it just seems like it has more to offer, but isn't upshifting now that it's broke in.............. just about 1000km on it.
