Dont even know where to begin here...
I dont mean to try to blame anyone here.. guess i just want to say a few words after briefing all these posts... its 11pm and i just now found all this stuff on this forum.

I would be the first one to admit that we now have ALOT of hard work infront of us. Loosing our distributor just about when all the sales work is about to start means alot of trouble.. actually impossible to recover from till next season. When our European distributor a few weeks after makes the same call you start laughing. (our European distributor decided to drop their winter collection including many others due to the world Economy).
So.. tobe Technology manufactures the clothes, we just dont have anyone to distrubute them right now and next season.

This puts us into one years hold where we made new contracts in Europe for 2010 and are looking after new partners in America. Although.. we are considering a limited superman edition with all the goddies you could ever imagine for this season to come.

The reason I supported tobe was all because of Josh. He always does the right thing and takes the high road. The gear is still good, just poor business decisions from the parent company. Josh was the driving force behind tobe. Whatever he does he will be sucessful at. Maybe this will give him the push toward the adult film industry like he has always dreamed about.

The reason you been seeing Josh work was since he worked with promoting our gear in the states.. so yes, connecting Josh with our American market was part of the marketing plan. Remember that tobe is a Swedish brand and that Europe is our home market. tobe started out in Europe and the American market did´nt come along until many years after.

I have been emailing Micke in Sweden to try again to get the gear that I won 2 years ago and never heard from him (Micke). Obviously not going to get the response and gear I was hoping to get.

Josh- Bummer to deal with someone like that and I hope you are able to recover from what I am sure has been a bad deal for you. Great time for you to get to do some of the things you would like to do with gear now.

we DID had contact the year you won that and from what i recall we made it to a point where you would make up your mind about what you where interested in? I cant really seam to remember why that order never got carried out but i would like to belive that you where buzy? I can go back to my email inbox and check. You made contact this year once again and we where set to try again... although right after that is where our distributors left us leaving us in a bit of work way deeper than snow ever gets in Revelstoke.
Things are getting abit more organized now though and I will be happy to assist you with this... even though we dont have a given distributor to get the clothes from . But there are always ways around things so I will see what we can do!

Tammy, I feel your pain with Micke. Even when things were functioning "normaly" with TOBE it was hard to get him to do what he said, and when he did it was always late. And Thank you.

I gave you about half of the material for Alticity 7 for free... you did´nt even pay the hard drive I sent you the files on nor shipping from Sweden..
It held all the shots worth to mention including those money shots on Rob Alford that you never even payed him for.....

You know very well that I store my own company and works towards TOBE on contracts with different planed projects. Nothing of the things you ever asked me about was never payed for and there was not a single time I said no to help you...

Is this all a kinder garden where you are throwing garbage on people????

If you wanna do something else and sell out your stock then do it! Just dont drag people and companies in the mud in public for it.. there is absolutley no reason for it....

We indeed are... I do must admit that talking about that in this thread seams a bit odd. Cant say that our thrust worthiness grew with it!

In anycase we would be glad to discuss any options!
This is done with Tomas though and my guess is suitible from about end of March when we both are back on solid ground in Sweden
