TOBE Technology is going out of business :(

Thanks Greg, this has taught me that even when you think you're doing everything right, the rug can still get pulled out from underneath you.

And Bobby, I don't know what I am going to do next. Trying to figure it out. I loved working with clothing and I also really enjoy freelance videography and editing. (Everyone tell your friends)

That so sux dude!

:( It's too bad. I had just got my first outfit and it is the best gear EVER! And I might try to get more. I do have a few questions though.

- I fell off my sled, and snagged two places where its stiched. Should I just have my mom hit it with the sewing machine or....?

- Also in the same incident, my track layed a fat patch of rubber down on my ***. Is there some way to take the rubber off without harming the material?

-Can you still get iPod controllers for the jacket's with the velcro patch? Also wasn't the helmet ran wirelessly?

- And my main question. Does this mean Polaris will be discontinueing their eVent line? I read somewhere that ToBe made and designed that line of gear for them. Hopefully Polaris will be able to fund keeping that part of boat floating.

I wish you and ToBe the best in the future. Maybe they will return to the market someday.

That explains much

I have been emailing Micke in Sweden to try again to get the gear that I won 2 years ago and never heard from him (Micke). Obviously not going to get the response and gear I was hoping to get.

Josh- Bummer to deal with someone like that and I hope you are able to recover from what I am sure has been a bad deal for you. Great time for you to get to do some of the things you would like to do with gear now.

Good luck!

:) 2fun

The reason I supported tobe was all because of Josh. He always does the right thing and takes the high road. The gear is still good, just poor business decisions from the parent company. Josh was the driving force behind tobe. Whatever he does he will be sucessful at. Maybe this will give him the push toward the adult film industry like he has always dreamed about.:D

Todd, dont be letting the secrets out:cool:

Now on a serious note. Josh is not leaving the industry. I will let him spill the beans about his next move when he is ready. He is a stand up guy and will take care of people buying his products. Tobe made a SUPER line of clothes and its unfortunate what happened.

Snowesters--lets help Josh out by moving some of this inventory that he has had to buy. These clothes are very well built and the pricing on them right now is very good.

bad deal. its always nice to have another alternative to what is already available.

if he is going into the adult film industry, i just hope he can incorporate some snowmobiling into it. best of both worlds.

...

Buy it up guys/gals, you will not find better gear out there right now! If this gear had another name on it I'd buy it like crazy too. Great quality and fit.

Josh,

Thank you for your kindness & support from you as an individual & TOBE in the past.

I am sorry to hear of this. I never like to hear of these kinds of misfortunes for any company or individual, esp in our industry that is so small in comparison to the rest of the world. It effects everyone who crosses the path & then some.

Here is wishing you & your family that this closed door becomes the opening of something greater than you can even fathom just right around the corner in life.
