Tiger Woods wins 3 Espy's

You also missed the point!!! I NEVER SAID the game of golf was EASY ( find were I did )I have been saying it is not physically demanding, People went off about how great of shape Tiger is in, MY point is you do not need to be because fat out of shape people can still win. Thats how the hole thing got started in this thread and the other one a month or so ago. Corse you know that because you read the hole thread right??

.

When was the last time that one of these huge fat guys won at golf? Just because you enter, and might have a shot of winning does not mean you will. A fat guy can enter motocross too, and if he enters he might win.

Tested for what, shown positive for what? Pretty important questions to be asking before making that statement. There are methods to get around this, and alternatives that don't show up, mask testing...... There is much more science about how to cheat the tests then how to make the tests. The same is true with drug testing for recreational drugs.

I'm not saying he did or didn't use an illegal substance but he never did fail a test at a time when other athletes did. Maybe he had a bigger bank roll maybe he was clean.

I can say that until sports leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, NCAA, etc) start allow BLOOD testing to be done, we will ALWAYS have a dirty sport.

Golf sucks. Tiger is america's favorite black son. The end.

Sheesh, its not like everyone needs to agree that MX is some god awful sport. Sure its brutal, but so is bull riding.

John Daily!!!

Now You find me a Fat MX winner....Good luck.

PS the answer is 1995. Just to save you the effort of looking.

haha John Daly as a example....Your using the biggest, most pathetic, player ever as an example RLG.

Daly has been on Tour for a LONGGG time, and he won in 1995? Sun shines on a dogs *** every once in a while man, just like everyone in the MX race could go down and the fat guy could win....

side note: 666!!!! my satan post!!!!!!!!! the world is gonna burn mother ****ers!!!!!

sorry had to get that out.

On high-intensity days, he lifts 80 percent of his maximum weight doing exercises such as the bench press, the shoulder press and squats.-hate to piss on yours and Tiger parade, but all the guys I know who work out and are serious about working out follow this type of routine or one even more intense. Most switch 6 weeks endurance, 6 weeks gains. So nothing super special about Tigers work out. Hell before I had kids, I was working out like that.

am simply saying that Tiger was hands down the best and most dominate athlete last year. He played against professionals all year round and still dominated- do me a favor and youtube David Knight...now he is a dominant athlete. Rides chit that makes mx on it's worse day look easy and nobody can touch the guy. His riding takes physical and mental.

Yes motocross mabye more physcially demanding in a sense, but NO where near the mind stress you undergo in golf.-moto maybe, and that's a stretch not as mental as golf...again youtube gncc racing or Last Man Standing. Off road dirt bike racing...the terrain is all types of soil on skinny skinny paths, going fast over roots, rocks, logs, mud, etc all while thinking 8 steps ahead and reacting in split seconds...not taking 10 minutes to line up a putt or judge a iron shot with the aid of a caddy who has walked and memorized every lay on the course. Dirt biking presents an ever changing course so you must always be thinking. All the while with a heart rate of 120 or more.

To completley clear your head before a crucial shot is not easy -now imagine having a clear head for 2 plus hours while winding down said trails and worrying about yourself and 30 other guys...

hmmmm 2 hours....one round of golf is 4 hours, with roughly 75 crucial shots. That race is one day, theres usually 4 or so days of tournament play....

Yes the dirtbiker is making split second desicisons, but how much room for error does he have? is ther a 3 inch wide hole he needs to get his tire in on the other side of that log? no he has more room for error, golf is presicion man. Ive played tourneys where 2 strokes seperates 2nd from 9th....

In some cases, yes the bike needs to have a tire put in a 3 inch area...or to be carried over a 3 foot hole. The first 2 days of golf don't really mean much, you just have to be average and stick around.

As for margin of error, like I said, 33 inch trail 34 inch bars=1/2 inch either way...I've seen races where one missed shift or wrong shift seperates 1st from not finishing..

You shouldn't use J Daily as an example, because he used to be in shape. After he won, he let himself go, and gained about 100lbs. Needless to say, he hasn't won since.

OK.

Yes they do need to be presice not to menchen the speed involved in racing, Not like in Golf where you can take 10mins and ask for help before you take the shot, You need to make a desicion in a spit sec and if you make the wrong one you could DIE or at least get hurt very bad.

In the middle of a swing you have a millisecond to correct a flaw or your ball goes OB or in the drink.

But your right MX'ers are the only "real" strenuous athletes they are the coolest I think I'll watch every race now, when is the next one televised? We need to let the world know of these supreme athletes, that way next year half of the world doesn't make a mistake and another person that isn't risking injury or death at every moment gets an ESPY.

Well you had all the time you needed to set up for that swing but when someone crashes in front of you you need to fix that now!!

The rest of you post make no sence at all. Of corse more people know who Tiger is because anyone with a pulse can play golf, there is way more money in it and it is more main stream than MX ,but that by no means makes it harder and that is what this hole discustion is about.

It's called satire my friend, we all get your point, someone please calle ESPN and ask them to rename the "Male Athlete of the Year" to "Male Athlete of the Year (MX'ers only)" so RLG can be happy.

And your point that "anyone with a pulse can play golf" is moot as well, because a truly fat and lazy person can climb their fat and lazy arse onto a motorcycle and ride it. There isn't a person in the world that can beat Tiger when he is "on his game" (it's been proven), vice the 30 or so that line up at the gate for every race.

ahh but that swing has been ingrained over years of practice...mx that split decision can not be practiced and ingrained.
