What's terrible about this snow, is back at home we'd be thrilled to see that much.

Back home I'm guessing you don't have 4' rocks and 2' stumps sticking up everywhere...
Ditches are usually pretty clear/clean from my experience in the Midwest

NOTHING!!!!
Its awfully far away, i was about to head to grand mesa then realized it was 5 hours from my house one way lol. Definitely making a trip out that way this year though!

To travel that far to only ride the road would be crazy - IMO. We however are lucky enough to have this in our backyard and literally be unloading at 10K in 45 to 50 minutes.
It's a hike, from aurora to grand Mesa it was around 5 hours. If you head that way let me know.

A 5 hour "hike?" I'll take that over the 20 hour hike from damn Illinois. XtDoo, keep me in mind if you head to TML. Drive together, haul sleds or whatever it may be. Shoot me a PM and we will figure something out. And it is worth the extra drive in my mind, but we are all entitled to our own opinions.

Yes Tml is one of the few lodges you can Ride your sled out of and drive in! The riding up here is awesome as good as anywhere in the state and we generally have the highest snofall in the state!

ha ha Sam Im a Lake Racer I dont know what you heard but I seldomly get off the groomed trail! I just get mountian sleds so you guys will all think im cool at the lodge!!!!!
But Really Its time for some snow again! Im still trying to get last years itch to ride out of me after last years worthless snow year that only allowed a few fun rides! Lets pray this storm coming this weekend drops some snow!

On a more serious note.....I don't like the forecast for the Mesa. It's way too close to what I see forecasted for the darn Midwest - no snow!!! I know, I know, it's still early. I'm just anxious
