Looking at the 10 day weather forecast is so depressing.

Rather than hosting church in my usual location (above 8000') for the next couple of weeks, I'll be joining my wife at hers and praying like I've never prayed before.

I really hope there's a storm brewing out there and once it starts it lasts for at least a week.

This just sucks

Had the sleds hooked up and ready to go this morning -- fun factor will not equal time and money spent -- have to be out of town next weekend so it's got 2 weeks to start dumping!!

We have been chasing snow all season (started Dec 4th). We have had to pick our spots. Have had some great success, Togwotee, Franklin Basin, Coalville, and this past weekend in Laramie! It's a long drive but we rode in what you would normally consider "mid season conditions".

Looking at that giant thing over the northern the Pacific and how the jet stream is moving (intellicast.com), we may get a good portion of that precip. It could, however, skirt us just north. I am doing my snowdance in hopes it drops far enough south.

that sounds like a good plan because the 6-14 day outlook is freaking awesome....maybe we'll get up to normal
