The Stuck Rule...

I saw this in the CSA Snow Scoop:

The Stuck Rule

If you can get out by yourself, you are temporarily delayed.
If it takes two people to get you out, you are stuck.
If it takes three people to get you out, you are buried.
If it takes four or more people to get you out, you are a public nuisance!

HA, Good one.....I have one more rule, if stuck on a hill....

No more than 2 guys on the hill digging. The others keep an eye out and stand ready to rescue if the hill goes...

im usual stuck and up... rarely do i get out on my own. this who turbo thing makes it easier to avoid getting stuck.. but MAN when i get stuck.... the tunnel is 2' below the snow line. I honestly think every stuck can be delt with by yourself, just takes a LOT of time shoveling a huge runway to get out!

#1 RULE WHEN STUCK ON HILL: you get yourself out. The rest of your group can eat lunch and heckle you from a safe spot below!

Sounds like some kind of a sicko swingers party. What did the "winch" look like? Oh winch...not wench..your accent threw me off.

That is a team building exercise. Too many of those and you should file for free agency and hope for a better team!

I actually use some of these rules.

A double stuck is when a Sno-Bungee is required.

A stuck is when you need assistance. If you can get it out yourself it is not a stuck. If you refuse help and someone insists on helping or does help; it isn't a stuck.

A 1/2 stuck is when you go to help someone who is stuck and get stuck yourself. If you ask for help or need a Sno-Bungee it is only consider a half-stuck in this instance.
