i need to extend the tongue setup on the trailer fram i have.... or move the axle back.. thats an idea!! seeing as i ahve to redo it anyways...

dude, just use that axle and leafs and build a freaking trailer, not hard, probably easier than trying to fix that old trailer!

it was one we built a few years ago for our buggy, then sold the buggy, and no use for the trailer, dad told me to straighten her out and use it as a sled trailer.
no, the frame is what i wanted, the leafs on mine are toast... but the frame and axle is good.. just gonna set the bed back a bit, and then cut the headache rack off the flatbed and weld it on the front so its sorta a v nose type deal... and you can pull farther forwards.. and then the sled isnt WAY off the back just set the deck on the frame a ltitle farther back and move the axle back to accomodate.. lengthen the wheelbase!
