Congrats to Mr. Davidoff for back-to-back Xtremey awards! Dan accepted his award last weekend in Los Angeles and from what I heard it was a great awards show. Davidoff came up on stage just after Evel Kneivel received a posthumous lifetime achievement award! It had to be amazing! Kudos to Dan for a huge accomplishment!!!

The award is BEST SNOWMOBILE PERFORMANCE IN A SLED FILM and is based on a rider's performance in a specific film. If you want to vote for who you think has the best performance and footage next year, check it out next February!

krazy

congrats dan.i have rode with dan, seen the chutes in the nords..he is a great rider and a fun guy to ride with..he deserves the award...pauly(one of the montana boys)...they don"t call him the KRAZY CANADIAN for nothing!!!

Dan, judging by the responses of everyone but a couple of deuche bags on here, I wouldn't worry if I was you. you fairly well recieved buddy.

So i heard the Dan davidoff won the extremedy award agian, If so how in the hell can that be. He was going against Chris Brandt and Dan won. That sounds kinda fishy to me, there is no way that Dan Davidoff is better then Chris. The only reason Dan is where he is in snowmobiling is because of his mouth. I'm actually tired of people talking him up so much, the only really good footage he ever had was in DANGER ZONE 1 and it didn't even get noticed really. From the looks of all the video's out there Dave Knight would hand his *** to him any day, I bet he knows it too. Lets here what you guys think out there.

Wow...who pissed in your cherrios?

nope, don't think Dave can pull the Norns chute on a stock 800 skidoo,,, maybe Irmen, Randy, Gibbs, Hastings and a few other mod riders in the right snow...Dave has pulled some amazing climbs,,, and he's a great rider.. but I don't think a stock sled has a chance... I'd love to see someone else try it.. I didn't get to see Shane's attempt on the Turbo M1000,, just the footage on TS6.. I'd love to watch in person, someone attempting the Norns chute. please let me know when someone wants to try it... I'll take you right to the bad girl..5400 feet at the bottom elavation, 7400 feet at the top... she's nasty and the ride back down really sucks...

Back to back Big Dog chute slayer , McGregor, in the right snow, no problem. Trouble is these guys don't ride the Norns... and the chute slides regularly leaving a pile of death cookies at the bottom of the chute

As mentioned by many......I now remember why I frequent this site less and less. I tip my hat to all the sh*t-talkers on here.....nice job putting people down who you've never even met or have seen ride in person. Wow!!

Now.......Congrats Dan on your 2nd Extremey!! You are a fantastic rider and an even better person. Thanks for the entertainment...........

All of the riders mentioned are amazing in my book. I've either watched or ridden with most of them and I have to say that they all have my respect. Burandt, Gardiner, Davidoff, etc, etc, etc.......all great people and great riders. In my opinion, anybody willing to get out on the hill and have fun is doing exacty what this sport is all about. I just don't get the trash-talking..........

Have never ridden with Dan. Always kind of thought he was way too loud and that I wouldn't like him if I ever met him, just from how he is in most of the videos. Got to know him this year as he got his sled from our dealership. Sure changed my opinion of him, he is a nice guy and has actually been a pleasure to deal with. Pretty much a down to earth guy from what I saw. Glad I got to know him a bit, maybe I'll even get to ride with him one day.

Congrats on the award, Dan.

Most money. Not true

the guy that wins is the guy that has the most money behind him, it is all in the film making,

This thread get my vote for "Dumbest Thread of the Year". I normally wouldn't reply to something like this, but I really hate to see someone bag on someone else's accomplishments. :face-icon-small-dis

Dan, do not feel like you have to justify anything to some stupid a$$ on the internet. I'm originaly from Castlegar, have and still do ride the area 3-4 times a year, have ridden the Norns and airport more times than I can count. Anyone that actually rides a snowmobile would know that any serious pull like that cannot be accomplished with a normal sled and a normal set of balls. Props to you for your accomplishments.

Dan Davidoff has done a lot for our sport, even before he was a "star". Before you run your mouth, why not go ride with him and see for yourself. He was riding crazy hills before most of the others out there.

exman - seeing as how you think it is sooooo easy to make a pull like that on a stock sled :face-icon-small-dis:face-icon-small-dis:face-icon-small-dis, let's see some video of your accomplishments. Put up or shut up.
