Might just have to bite the bullet and try a pair of these

I wasn't happy with the app either. More crap to deal with getting ready (pairing), it sometimes wouldn't pair, and sometimes toggling the goggle between Auto and Manual wouldn't do anything. And when they were in auto, the goggles would fog worse than the original Kingpin Ignites I had. The Kingpin Ignites were better than the 2.0 S1 line in my opinion--the Kingpins you could at least hit the heat button when stopped and the fog started to appear, and the fog would dissipate. Or turn them to always on easily. Not having to deal with any of those items with the Tempest has been fantastic.I hate the 509 goggles. Hard to remember how manual mode works and the fact you need an app is ****!ng stupid. I sent 509 a long email. I sent them back with no care of a refund i just did not want the junk in my bag. The klim work ok. The tempest are sold out.
I'll be interested in what you think. They are all decent but I like the Klim goggles better than the other two.Decided to bite the bullet and get a pair of these for myself to test out and compare against my 509 Ignites and the KLIM Edge EFire.
Dang, no doubtI'll be interested in what you think. They are all decent but I like the Klim goggles better than the other two.
I had to buy and try all 3 to figure of what was best for me. An expensive way to decide!
That's Par for 509's.Dang, no doubt
I have 5 pair of the 509s
3 of the Gen 1 and 2 of the Gen 2.
But every single person that I have spoken to that ows the Tempest just raves about the dang things.
And on monday I went through 2 frames and 5 lenes on my 509s.
Just had MASSIVE moisture issues.
Suspect the lenses were not getting power delivered to them to properly heat up and remove the condensation.
