Team 2 Issues

Team 2, "rest assured" that we will do everything we are able to ensure you never sell another lock washer with our name on it.
We owe the consumers that much at least!
 
Can we get a Separate "Snowest Vs. Team2" Forum? This crap is getting so old............... Blah Blah Blah Nothing new to read here..................... WHO CARES..Do a Search on Team 2 before you order anything, if you do order thats ur issue, there is way more than enough info on this site to help you make an educated decision. Please stop making new threads about Team2, just add on to the dozens of threads already existing that say the EXACT same things

I think if you read the first post, it is clear that this isn't a customer vs Team 2 thing like the many existing threads that you refer to. This is a supplier who is stepping up and setting the record straight to possible end users that may have been mislead. I think if I was that supplier (Trinity Taz) I would feel obligated to set the record straight and let customers/end users hear direct from me as well.

For someone who is so sick of these threads, your post is one of the longer ones. Hmmmmmm. EW
 
Defamation? Are you kidding me? Yes, we had a customer who ordered 4 sets of ice scratchers and when he placed his order, I informed him they were out of stock temporarily and at that time, I know for a fact you were out. I never "defamed" you or said anything bad ever, as I matter of fact, I think I even complemented you a few times. I did have one issue with you that I was not happy with but I am not going to post that here since it has nothing to do with this. As I mentioned months ago, the website is DOWN until this whole issue is resolved (meaning the remaining refunds are done etc...) as we want to prevent any more of the problems that arose from happeneing again. Yes, there are things we could have done differently to prevent what happened but I guess this was a lesson that unfortunately affected customers as well. ( We will be getting our money near the end of July from our processor) Y'all can sit here and bad mouth us all you want, its a free country. But one thing we did not do, was intentionally cause this. REST ASSURED. Now back to the subject, there is NO ONE ELSE who is waiting for ice scratchers or a refund, if they say they are, their a liar. It is just a unmatched unfortunate situation for all involved.

Haven't ya'all heard.....its not Team 2's fault. There is some credit card processor who took his money, shut off his phone, forced his suppliers away, made him only offer partial refunds to only some of his customers, and continues to demand that he take new orders that are never filled in order correct all this.

You all just wait till some credit card processor gets ahold your business principles and morals and and makes you do things that you would never dream of but are powerless to correct then see how you like it...............Poor Team 2. A VICTIM 4 sure.

Lets remember boys and girls, he is a new business just trying to help folks out with low low low prices.

Wait a minute!!!!! So Mike are you saying that everyone that was waiting for a refund has been paid?????????? And if I was to say I have yet to get my $830.00 refund check, you are calling me a liar?? Why don't you please clarify this for me.. Because I am still waiting for a refund check in the amount of $830.00.. Plus intrest!:mad:

Well we are not officially "out of business" yet but we are not taking any orders etc because all of our capital is locked up for just under 30 days yet with our old processor and trying to get everything straightened out. We have sent numerous letters from our attorney to this company, we have NOT RECEIVED 1 RESPONSE back as of yet of an official date of when we will get our funds, but in their contract, it states 6 months from the date of the last transaction during that time period.

Let me guess the processor and your funds are locked up because of the number of complaints and people requesting refunds? Just a WILD guess!

July 28th is the date we are owed that money.

Look, you guys can sit here and talk crap all day long, I'm not going anywhere. If I was screwing people, do you think I would continue to post? Look at these handful of guys yet that we owe money to ok...There is a probably a total of around $2500 total at most that we need to send out yet, most of these are in the $200-400 range with 2-4 that are higher than that. I am assuming not life changing for most of these guys, are they pissed? Hell Yes, as I or anyone else would be. I am owed over $20k for products that were shipped and paid for, but guess what? I have not received a penny of that money. As a matter of fact, I have not received any money from the processor since December 19th 2008! Thats life changing right there. Thats alot of freaking money! I am not asking for a pity party, but man, I guarantee I am hurting for that money to come way worse than anyone complaining here. I have sold so much personal stuff to get by until that money comes it's ridiculous. Like I said, I would be pissed if I were these guys to but you have to understand these two things...

A) It was not intentional

&

B) We are going to ensure the remaining guys get refunded.

Where are all the guys who started the original threads when this first happened? The people who were owed $600 and more? They are no longer here or posting that they have not gotten there money because they HAVE BEEN REFUNDED like I said they would. Some took longer than expected and some still need to be taken care of but we have gotten MOST of them sent.

Regardless if we continue after this is resolved or not, I don't know but I will tell you one thing...I AM NOT GOING ANYWHERE UNTIL THESE LAST REFUNDS ARE RESOLVED.
 
You should sell EVERYTHING you own to get this sorted out and use the computer at the library.

Owing a paying customer 800 dollars for 10 months is unacceptable.

I have been selling pretty much everything. Just a week ago I had slightly used pairs of gloves for sale and a hoody. I understand where everyone is coming from and I just take offense to the fact that no one knows the actions I have had to take just to get by....I am in the same boat as being owed money as these customers, I dont think its right that I owe them, but I cannot go back in time and prevent the chargeback so I have to do what I can in the meantime and get the remaining sent out when I get my money I guess. It is unfortunate but at least know I am not just here to buy time. This is a legitimate issue that is unfortunate but all we can do is resolve it asap.
 
Well if this is true... which i highly highly doubt it is.. you need to hire a different lawyer then.. to get these matter resovled in a timely fashion.. because right now you have pretty much lost anybody that reads your threads as a customer.. It doesnt take a lot of smarts to run a business correctly.. maybe you should try a different venture in the future.. my .02
 
We dont wish the owner of Team 2 any personal harm by this post. We all have life lessons to learn, some just get taught them a little differently than others....life has a way of doing that for us, and its pretty much guaranteed.

Team 2, if you truly are sincere in your quest for reconciliation then the very best of luck to you, we and many others hope you succeed.

Between the Lines Designs is not in the business of personal threats or violence outside of a nicely-tuned exhaust pipe. We as a manufacturing company who supplied products to Team 2 Powersports are simply responding to the valid issues THEIR customers brought to US; they arent being paid for their contributions of personal thoughts and concerns, it is voluntary and genuine. We wish only to protect the end consumers of our products and possibly our good name (we hope) and reputation in which we heavily invest.

We recommend to all customers of Team 2 who are affected monetarily by their negligence to seek legal aid for compensation. That is what the legal system is for, for what it's worth.

This will be our last post on this subject. Have a great summer, everyone. THINK SNOW!!!
