we pulled into laramie just as it started friday. it was an awesome weekend.

You could try I25 south into Colorado to exit 281. 18 miles or so I believe E CR-70/Owl Canyon Road west. That takes you to 287 & if 287 is open your home free. I believe it is about 75 miles total vs the 45 from Chey to Lar on 80.

Coldfingers directions got us to laramie 8:30 this morning. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

We were riding by noon and it was a good day. I'm going to remember this route for the future.

Yup, we stayed at Mountain Meadow Cabins starting Friday AM. With the mountain on our door step, fresh snow, what could have been better. Not many peeps there with the roads closed

Worst part was digging the rig out after sitting there 3 days...lol

Anyone else notice the strange yellowish layer of fresh snow about 6" down? Weird.
