The sh!tty thing is that getting the "service" the first time is usually the painless part. I have buddies that used to buy PSI motors like they were going out of style. That was always the easy part. Getting replacement parts or repairs is where it got ugly. And think, Ted's already showing his colors...haha

Did you read this thread? Honestly, did you? It was mentioned several times that Rookie and I drove to Kelowna and knocked right on Teds door. We left him a note. The guy has STILL not phoned back. Johnny, you make all your posts sounds like this was the fault of the customers. Maybe we should have brought blood hounds and had the RCMP put a tap on Teds phone line. Maybe CRFred should have flown in and staked out his house at night. Who knows. The fact is, nobody should have to do that!

Johnny it sound to me like you're pretty tight with Ted, and you are from Kelowna? If so, you must have been keeping Ted abreast of what's been going on here. Does he care? I haven't heard from him. He has to be feeling the HEAT. Let me know.

In all honesty, I've dealt with Ted various times over the years and have had nothing but good luck. Even sent my cousin to Ted to Pimp his XP. He loves the sled now.

Sorry to hear about those getting burned, it sucks.

On another note. I doubt Ted is paying much attention to the thread and he is doing the best thing by staying away from replying. I had a cow slander my name on the internet and it wasn't fun. But he shouldn;t be ignoring you guys completely.

Communication is definately the key. Looks like Ted needs to learn some.

BTW, We hope Ted comes back to 100 Mile for our SnowDrags this year. He was a great addition last season.

NICE! I've been waiting a long time. If it turns out like I know Ted can build it? It will be one of the nicest IQr's on snowest. The custom pipes (front Dump), Air Box, Boss Noss. I will post pic's as soon as I get it!

Funny part about Ted copying someone elses work. They didnt fit. LOL. It gets funnier. They were sent back to him and the company that bought them hasnt heard from Ted since. Now theyre out upwards of $2000. Customer service at its finest.
