Just a small sample of some tunnel cuts I have done.

Please keep in mind everything is custom and to what the client wanted. I just offer weld in work and powder coating. I have done 60 ish sleds this last season. Im not looking to start a fight here about any of this. just want to showcase some of my work.

What’s the most you’ve cut off? The 5th pic looks like there was a lot taken off.

I have cut about 60 sleds, 5 doo and 1 cat rest polaris.

The most I have cut from stock was 12" and the least was 3"

The picture your looking at I dont know total cut but the owner had a glue in kit and did it himself, it kept leaking after every ride, we had to take 1" more out to weld in our kit.

all but one of my cuts are my own kits one was a cr racing instal.

I took 8.5” out of mine a few weeks ago. Haven’t had enough good snow to really put it to the test.

Nice work. Thinking of doing mine, but it's a black tunnel and I'm a better welder than painter. Are you re-powder coating everything post weld? Have you tried any other paint methods? I'm hoping/wondering that there is something that will work decently since I don't have access to powder coating locally. Any advice? Thanks

I am located in Grande Prairie, AB.

I powder coat everything in house. We replace the brake light holder and tie that into a bumper usually and powder coat all that.

They do make some paint I think not sure.

As with any coating the biggest step is your prep. We always sand out imperfections, then sand black for profile, after that we handle with gloves and pre bake parts to make sure no oils are on the surface. If painting I would do several coats to build up thickness.

Another option would be to get some wrap material and apply it.

Would be much cheaper to ship your sled to me vs bringing everything I use to make these. lol

My biggest warning to most people. i think 7.5" is the sweet spot myself.
