Some assembly required......

I am up to step 11. Last night went very well. Jack is getting the hang of shareing the power drill, & the tape measure. We are all most done building the center tower & will start on the uprights for the swings today. I only have 1 more day to complete for the Bday, so wish me well.

Marty-My work is solid-just ask your girlfriend.;)

Barns-the crown/cokes are way better at the 2way than the beer. But, the senery is better at the Beach Bar.:D

Well, Jack was gone for a few days so I got more work done on the swing set. It FINALLY got to a completed project on Saturday afternoon. Jack came home on Sunday to test it out. The slide, sandbox & the swing seem to be the biggest drawing point. He would go from the slide to the swing to the sandbox. When he gets to the sand box (its a big thing shaped like a turtle) he would ask me to pull the cover off it & he would dive in. Then he would tell me he's "DONE", then go start the process all over again. The 1st time he said he was "DONE" with the sand box he left all the toys sitting outside of it & tried to put the bog cover on. So, I told him when he's done with something, he needs to put it back in the sand box before he covers it back up. Everytime after that, he would put all the toys in the sandbox & cover it up, 10 min later he would have them all out again...LMFAO

Whatever happened to the good old days when mom and pop bought you a set of lawn jarts and sent you on your way with the rest of the 5 year olds?

Anyway.....I didn't get no stinking swingset, I got a rope tied off like a noose, a short stepladder, and an oak tree to play with. Kids nowdays got it made....

Don't forget to cover that sandbox or you'll end up with the neighborhood catbox..

The cats love those things, and your 2 year old will come to you with a cat turd in hand saying, " Dady, look what I found". LOL!

If he doesn't eat it first..

We live 3 miles from town. But, it is amazing how many town cats & dogs go missing around our place. I think the Mountin Lions maybe get them all.;)
