I REALLY wanted to do Blue & Orange, but the "tone" of blue he could provide did nothing for me, so I will stick with RED once again.

He was unable to get the bright electric blue from the siding manufacturer.

So my options are to take the Candy Apple Red, or do a MASSIVE TRAILER WRAP.

And I have to admit, it scares me to even think was it would cost to wrap a 30ft trailer!

This year I am going to do the SUPERGLIDES install myself.

Had a LOOOONG conversation with the guys at Superclamp about their product, and its something I am VERY sold on.

So I am going to take a turn at doing the full installation myself and setting it up specifically for my 4 sleds.

Rather than mounting the glides right up against the walls like we did last year, this time around I am going to pull them inwards towards the center of the trailer a couple inches. And likewise move the center glides outward a couple inches.

WHY?

With my Two Nytros side by side, the outside edges of the skis pushed right up against the trailer walls and the inside of the skies touched each other. This meant that there were several inches of SuperGlides that NEVER got touched by the carbides on the ski. By pulling the SuperGlides away from the wall, and away from the center of the trailer, I will increase the amount of "Track" available to walk on when the floor is covered in Snow or Ice.

I am also going to try their edge trim this year and see how that does.
Ditching the E-Track this time and going with the SuperClamps instead.

But Superclamp is also coming out with their own floor mounted tie down system, and I volunteered to give that try as well.

So, Superglides II Pro on the floor as before.
Will be adding the Edge Rail Trim down the center of the trailer.

But I will be adding Superglides to the NOSE of the trailer at a 45% angle this time.

Will be using the SuperClamp II instead of the E-Track

You might want to change the placement of 4 of your D-rings if you are using them for the superclamps. My skis are touching and the bolt is 18" away.

I would load them in the trailer then determine where to put your rings. I stagger the sleds in my trailer just a bit.
It would suck to install the rings and find out that you need to move a few inches one way or the other.

I think I will see it right around Thanksgiving.
Mirage said 6-8 weeks, and it went into the production line yesterday.
So probably early December.

Should be just in time for our season to get going here.

One other item to think about if this trailer you are planning to keep.....More than a year. LOL

Line-x has an under coating that I bet would be real easy to spray the bottom of a trailer with that would just about last a lifetime to protect against rust and such. Might be worth wile looking into a coating like that if you plan to keep this trailer for a long time.
