I've always been a fan of the stripper names. Misty, Kandi, Georgina, Wynter, Long Legs Lenor are a few haha.

If you are limited to cat parts then,
-The 2016 upgrades including evol shocks and the LTD seat
- Cat/bdx Boards,
- Proclimb bumper
- 3inch Pclaw
- Some sort of storage

And if aftermarket are an option, all of the above and;
-TKI Belt drive
-Evol R's or Raptor Shocks
-Supercharger
-Switch Relocation/ Bar clean up and maybe some cheetah bars
- Tether, pin style preferably
-Frogskins
- Diamond s can if no supercharger lol
- BDX inner idlers
- Steering bushings
- MA storage or fuel cans
-Tube of silicon to finish sealing the front end! lol

There was probably more but I cant remember now that I've typed this long

Changes huh? Get it as close to a 2016 LE as you can, light weight can that won't have the greenies complaining any more than they already are, a headlight delete with a led light for the late trips out of the woods and a tether for when the sled outperforms my riding ability!:face-icon-small-hap

I need an upgrade too. My 2012 Proclimb M800 is solid but love the new 2016 updates you are making to it.

If it was mine I would:
- 2016 front end. check
- 2016 skis. check
- lightweight hood (KMOD/Fire n Ice)
- 2016 LE skid with EVOL or KMOD skid with Raptors (I love mine)
- SLP stage 1 pipe set
- 3" PowerClaw track
- cat/bdx running boards
- suck the plastic is a 1/2" per side. (really helps)
- and most imporantly, me riding it

Love my Proclimb. Love A/C. Love Snowest. Love Powder. I'm a happy guy. :):)

A combination of everything said here ..now that'd be kool!!. . but may be a little cost prohibitive. .. but also irrelevant as I'm not paying for it . .

All of the 16' updates, narrower front end, and lose weight. Wraps are a love hate thing depending on each one; some are georgeous and some horrible. So, stock graphics look great, but maybe some unique but not over the top powdercoating to make it unique. Stay reliable. Maybe clutch mods and tune.

Will be a fun project to watch! Thank you!

2016 powder special.

A next lvl windshield bag because trees hate windshields. a nice can, a tether 3 inch track some clutch improvements venting, and a gas can rack so you can ride all day.

It should come with an invitation to the Snowest Deep Powder Challenge. It would be fun to find out how the project stacks up against the OEMs.

Looks like a nice start.

I may have missed it but with the new front end it will need better shocks in the rear to balance it out and perhaps a Skinz ARC.

Sled Options

If you are limited to cat parts then,
-The 2016 upgrades including evol shocks and the LTD seat
- Cat/bdx Boards,
- Proclimb bumper
- 2.6 inch Pclaw (Since I live in Cali)
- Cat large storage bag

And if aftermarket are an option, all of the above and;
-TKI Belt drive
-Evol R's and BDX (front) and Tom's Full Skid (rear)
-Supercharger or BD Turbo
-Switch Relocation/ Bar clean up and maybe some Pro-taper bars
- Tether, pin style preferably
-Frogskins
- Diamond s can if no supercharger or BD Turbo
- BDX inner idlers
- Steering bushings
- Mt Addiction storage/gas
- Aftermarket Skis are a must (SLP Maveric preferred).

That should do it.

A few suggestions.

Belt Drive
SLP Mohawks
Raptor shocks all the way around
Lightweight muffler
Racewerx front and rear bumper
MBP 940 Big Bore Kit

If u are really nice to Troy, he may let u have one of the 2017 cat belt drives. ;)
I am sure ur crew can make it fit in to the current proclimb chassis. (Unless the drive to driven shaft c-c on the 17 isn't the same as current.)
That way it can be all cat parts!

Los frijoles estan muy caliente dijo la mama osa!

Well if yer NOT stickin to R&D parts a 925BB ,KMOD Ty skid ,16 front end ,Fire N Ice hood, Mohawk ski's , raptor ft shocks ,SLP pipe kid and somthin besides GREEN

1) front suspension and skis which you've taken care of
2) TKI belt drive with oil bottle
3)Clutching. I didn't like the sound of the team primary. Also my sled pulls harder with the team tied and mds weights
4)Lightweight hood and headlight delete (skinz, bdx, cutler, etc)
5)Boards (bdx, skinz, bmfab, etc)
6) finally mo power. via BigBore, performance kit, supercharger. No turbos too many out there.
7)wrap design of winners choice.
8)lastly ProArmor tether
Would love a sled built this way.... so sign me up

I would say to change the boards so they do not hold snow anymore. Offer a 3" track. Narrow the panels, wider skis, and lose weight with a light weight hood.

This will be a fun project!!

Cant wait to see the results!!
