Snowcheck stolen from dealer lot before delivery

Super! Im betting your going be just as happy with this sled as you would have been with the one that got away!!

Ride On!

Nice to hear the dealer stepping up and making thing right for you. I'm not surprised once I learned it was Gaudins
I have heard nothing but good things from that dealership. I'm 2 hours away and will be buying my next sled from them.

No leads yet and it being 7 days later now... probably never will be.

While the RCMP may never get a lead / find your sled;

I am thankful that they had one persistent officer that Pulled over my Ex-wife for a light being out or something minor, and when he could not find any trace of her under the alias she used. He spent the rest of the night; tracking down who she really was and arrested her. As she had kidnapped our daughter and fled to Canada (she was a Canadian). So after 3 1/2 months of not knowing whether my daughter (4 years old at the time) was alive or dead, I got a phone call that she was okay and to come get her. My hat is off to that officer! He had no obligation to pursue it, but did. I've had my daughter back for just over 5 years now and am very grateful for his efforts.
Without his due diligence, they would still be on the run.

Sorry for the derail, Back to the topic

Glad your situation worked out for you, there are times when law enforcement gets things right. I'm glad they are out there, it's hard for them to watch for everything though.

To shed some light on insurance being an agent. In the us commercial policies are insured at cost not replacemect cost. The dealer stepped up in this case out of pocket. He is only reimbursed for his cost. Houses are insured to replacement cost. Autos and rec vehicles are actual cash value unless u can find a stated value policy. This guy did well owner could have said here is your money back

Your right, I confirmed this today with my ins broker while setting up a policy on this new sled. Insured amount is related to purchase price, and would not compensate for the snowcheck extras. She did not know of a legal way to protect the extra's since they were not paid for, and show a value of $0 on the paperwork.

Man glad this all work out for you! That is one kick*#* sled!!
But all you would have had to do was tell them you will take the money
go out to the dark side and buy a 174 and you WILL never buy or promote
Polaris again, that would have got a few people running a little faster.
Hope u have no problems with it and it's everything u thought it would b.

Dan. Not sure if you've has experience with the quick drive system yet or not. It's pretty simple. Follow the recommended break in

I'll put it this was my first one went 700miles exactly with out doing proper break in.

The second went 2000 with proper break in and I am quite positive only went because of how I was treating it at the time

We were pulling out a nytro that has cut its track clean in half, had 2 sleds hooked to it and the drive line was getting constant surges as the other sleds rope would slacken off. I think the constant "jarring" did it

We both also took out a drive belt that day. Hard day on parts

sled jacked

Glad to hear it worked out well for you. And a big shout out to your dealer for stepping up to the plate. I would safely assume it is not common practice for most dealers to make such a huge step in customer relations.

Ride hard, ride fast, most of all..... ride safe.

Nice to hear that your dealer(Countryside?) and Gaudins were able to work together and get you a sled that will make you happy! I haven't been to Gaudins for a while and am looking at buying between now and new year... I might be going for a drive. Have fun in the hills and ride safe.

Yup very familiar... my last sled was a 13 Pro.
A couple broken lower pulley bolts, and 2 belts over the course of 2 seasons.
