What's up with every hood being black ??

Wish the Titanium would have stayed

Is there a new body work I read about or same body just . 850 , Springs , and free 4 year warranty?

No matter how much i play with it...i keep coming back to what my 15 looks like black/orange...with black tunnel and orange rails....how blah am i lol.

I'm curious if the black is flat/raw plastic or gloss. The Founder Edition (black/gold) is metallic and gloss even on the hood.

I was seeing that it lists all the snowcheck hoods as black pearl, which has been gloss metallic paint in the past. Looks good in the sun. I do wish the hoods had different color options. In the accessory catalog you can order different color hoods though. I do still think the gun metal grey of the 17 LEs is the best looking colors they have put on the Axys so far.

With that though, Polaris is still miles ahead of the other manufacturers with regards to snowcheck color options. Can’t complain about that in my opinion.

I’m going with the Blue/lime squeeze color package. Super excited to get this new sled!

No purple or ugly green! Bummer. I guess it will be an Alpha Cat for me............NOT! The disco era has been over for a long time. AC didn't get that memo apparently.

No Polaris Retro (Red White and Blue) bumed :(

I am a brand loyal feller which tries to support American made products as practical. Very proud of Polaris as a business and often follow their world wide business activites. I was in the Army and worked for a Colonel that would talk about getting a red, white, and blue helicopter when he retired and I would say that I could get a polaris snowmobile to show my patriotism. Now of course this is not the only or even primary reason to get that color scheme but was another driving factor.

The retro sleds are beautiful, the guys at Artic FX made me some perfect tunnel/tank wraps for my 13 and 14 Pro RMKs.

My Dad got a founders retro last year...

Is there any way I can convince someone at Polaris to make that avaliable for me this Snowcheck? Got to be a few panels laying around from last season???

You can order panels of your color choice and put 19 decals on them if thats what you really want.

speaking of colors.... I think its pretty lame they are charging a couple hundred bucks each for painted tunnel and rails.

I also noticed clickers upgrade are now 500 instead of 400.

They may have kept the starting price the same but the add-ons really jack up the price this year. Pick a 174 with all the upgrades and your up to 16,595.00!

I would agree it's kinda lame that if you want a colored tunnel and suspension components it's another 400.00!!! They never use to charge for this and really for a "snowcheck" pre-season order, they could do a little better.

I thought clickers were like $800 when they first became an option? Maybe thats wrong.

They are charging for paint an powder now but the exact same sled I ordered in 2017... but in an 850 was less than $200 more in 2019. I’m happy I guess. :juggle:

Clickers are now Needle shocks, with 5/8 shafts which will give better resolution to the clicker adjustment.... the 5/8 shafts move more oil past the clicker stack.

I'm paying for them and will be to dealer every time there is a chip .. before they wouldn't do anything . Now that it is a factory installed option ??

On my 2017 the factory spindles are tough as nails as far as paint goes . But I bought a extra set for my narrow setup and those flaked chunks off during the first ride

They used to charge foe the "Snow Check" option, not it is free but you pay for the color on the tunnel and or rails. It allows the guy that does not want it painted to save some bucks and wrap it.
