Snow is ruined

I rode yesterday up to about 5500-6k ft and all the snow from the last storm cycle is toast. Might find something at higher elevations but doubtful. Snow levels are very high.

Snow is toast. Put it this way, I will be in Leavenworth all weekend and I don't think I am bringing my sled. It is crusted out and wind blown. We found some ok conditions in the trees but it was nasty everywhere. Very warm at higher elevations the last few days.

So ur saying that my riding should be good then?
Most of my riding is above 6k
I ride an M, so I can sidehill the wet squishy snow just as easy as the dry fluffy snow.

Why do people act like children when on the internet.

Its a fact jack! Cats sidehill, plain and simple. thats the only reason i ride one! Also every week when people complain about gold creek and salmon le sac, I go up expecting crummy snow. But not where I ride. 6.5-7k. Its been good every single weekend since the beginning of december!

I thought u were being sincere when u said it might be good above 6k.

Cool! Snow conditions report with some pissin matches thrown in. WHat could be better.
Oh BTW Summ8rmk, my Pro will go higher than your Kitty, so I'll have better snow....la la la la

rode today, really wet and mushy up to about 5500, then okay above, but only about 3-4" of new and concrete underneath. Everything is rode out, need a serious dump to clean everything up again and make some good riding.

I agree, need more storms.
Rode Gold Creek Sunday and it was a rock solid crusty joke.
We rode to the highest point, and then decided to go load back up before a sled got wrecked, overheated, or both.
Done until the next blast of winter.:face-icon-small-dis

I was wrong. I decided not to ride last weekend and the group that went claimed they found good snow at higher elevations in the I90 corridor (not GC). Apparently there was an inversion which kept it from freezing up high and the sun softened it up even more. I was pissed. You just don't know until you get out for yourself.
