Slim's afton massacre

No offence taken Jeeps, I just hate to be the speed bump. IT BE DRIVIN' ME NUTZ!!

PM me your address, I've got a burnt 1150 piston from Farmer (I threw all of mine away in disgust and he was gracious enough to loan me the only one he had (HAHAHAHAHA yeah right!!)) and a cracked dome from my 1100 stroker motor to donate to the 1st Annual Clusterfirk Award. Also, with Beels permission of course, I've got 4 sets of mountain steps that he bought at the Cooke City auction that would work great for the legs.

Stacy and I are planning on heading to the hillclimbs in Jackson, let's all do this again in late March!!

See, I knew those "Mountain Steps" would prove functional..... :beer;

lol

Name these cluster boys:

Don't forget Nuckle's: "Mother Fn' electrical Bullship!" That was the same morning right before Brock lost his antifreeze on his 1100 in that M7. I towed him out and every time I turned around to look at him he was beeting the sheep-dip out of his sled with his fists.... lol ... He did make it back up though after a quick trip to the Cat dealer.

Beels, what the heck are Mountain steps and why where you bidding on them?

[
Diesel in a sled
Broken crank and the clutch fell off on the way out.
Broken crank on the way in
Ring locater pin coming out and ruining a cylinder…. Hint me
Broken steering column
Broken clutch arm….Hint….. Me
Worn out governor cup..Hint…… Me
Broken heat exchanger on a cat needing welding in town
Whatever brocks problem was on his modd
Killer bee stung
Diamond drive failure
Plug wire with a pin hole … hint me

Thanks again for the tow out Jeeper! But, it did spur me into
jumping ship and getting an XP last year!

See ya in about 6 weeks....BK

Alcohol was a factor Matty. I officially have the market cornered on them... No one else would bid on them.

I think they're some sort of tunnel board extension for Gen II Poos.

.....yes alcohol was involved :) A good time indeed...

ya poor bassturd, slim suckered another one into the fold, he enticed me with that skidoo candy back in 99. tougher to quit than crack! you coming out to be site cord or night shift cord again? bing that superjet.

i did think of some more incidents, like having my speedo nuts'washers unscrew and fall down onto the airbox, then thru the motor... anyone remember that? that was IP thou.

anyway,
i was thinking a simple melted piston for the hard ship award, but maybe i'll spend some more time on it and make a bigger one or use the parts on the cluster award Al, i'll pm ya the addy.

here is what i put together last night, i ordered a lettering burn kit last night [ not only for this but for a sign i'm making for my cabin] but i think i'll weld some square stock to the wrist pin and put it on a metal base,

i need to get to harbor frieght and get a letter stamp kit for metal. matty you got one? i was gonna stamp on top of the piston "Slim Ride tough luck award" ... i'm taking suggestions on the name... and then down on the wood or metal stamp each years winner. if anyone has some input let me know.

this is the "best" piston i have. i had to beat it out of the cylinder with a hammer. it's a real beaut.i got probably 6 rides on a torn carb boot before it stopped LOL... bought that sled from a friend LOL but i got a hella deal :D

the cluster award ... i'll have to grab some mangled parts for that. i use to have an Alter praying to the snow gods in my idaho house, but with all the parts slim and i broke it got to big for the pool room here. I'm sure i still have some laying around. looking for input on that too..

Blue bird and lots of new fluff... Usually Afton is the last ride but we got some late snow!

We came down and couldn't believe how many rigs where there, good grief! Oh well, we didn't see too many where we where at.
