Sled insurance.... WOW!

I have mine thru Inland Marine..they are a rider with/thru my Homeowners ins which is thru Mutual of Enumclaw. MofE was a bit higher than other Home policies but the total with the sleds was a no brainer as to the savings.

Cash replacement value not book value either.

08 800 @10Kdollars is 128/yr
08 600@ 7Kdollars is 90/yr

Believe it or not..your auto driving record is used for this also!

WHY do you want a "Stand Alone" policy????? You have car/home (renters) ins don't you?

If so, then just talk to your agent. I don't know of any company that doesn't give you a multi policy discount.

Now if it's still way out of line (and your premium does seem high) talk to your agent and look into moving the whole kit-n-kabodle elsewhere. Who knows you might find that you can save money on ALL your policies.

Having said that, Mutual of Enumclaw is an EXCELLENT company.....

Nationwide $193.54 for 09 800 Dragon Full Coverage.
Replacement value.
$500 Deductible.
100/300/50 Liability.
Underinsured Motorists 100/300.
I have my Home and autos through them also.

Hey guys, just wanted to drop my info if you need a quote.... I'm a local Allstate Agent in Bonney Lake, I find our rates are pretty competitive. Obviously you'll save money with Home (Renters) and Auto discounts, but if you only want to cover the sleds we're in that $150 to $300 range. I've got a few good friends with 4 + sleds paying around $900 per year total. The best thing with Allstate is the ability to suspend coverage during the summer, that saves nearly half the premium! While in suspense, Comprehensive Coverage is still in force, in case of theft or vandalism! Plus you can talk to a fellow sledder! Give me a call, 253-863-9500 Joe.

I have been with Progressive since 04. I have two vehicles insured through them and recently dropped an 01 Ski Doo and added an 05 King Cat. I opened the bill today and my 12 month policy is $689 for just the King Cat!!! I almost fell off my chair. Looks like I will be calling around tomorrow

You would think that might be a factor, BUT how do you explain the price differences here, for instance mine seems to be on the high end and I have beyond EXCELLENT credit, a class a CDL with a perfect driving record. I'm just curious.

I hate that insurance is such a mandated mafia...legal !@#%$! mafia i tell ya...

I have an 07 M1000, I pay $130 through Mutual of Enumclaw. $250 deductible. So much depends who you talk to, and how you can work it -- someone with your record and such should get a better deal than most I would assume, as long as your 'agent' is really going to bat for you...

another vote for Craig Robinson. Nice guy, good to deal with.

We met with Craig a couple years ago, his prices destroyed my long-standing rates with safeco. We then learned we qualified for USAA, and they don't use brokers, so we couldn't stay with him. If you qualify for USAA, they really are the best. Great service if you have a loss, and lowest rates.

I have a standalone policy for my sled. best rate I could find was through IWSF about $300 a year and all the others were in the 5-600 range. I thought I would mention it since I have never seen anyone else on snowest with coverage through them.

I thought at $400 I should check around and just got a quote for $1053 and thats with 100 ded. and 10,000 med.
It must have been those flyer miles I racked up.
