a couple of years' ago, doo had a track that was light weight, i think the cords were single ply....but it didn't hold up too well, with lugs ripping off etc....and they went back to the 2.25 camoplast.....polaris is going to use a single ply on their mountain sleds next year....i'm wondering if they're going to run into the same problems.....does anyone remember the details of doo's experience with this problem?

1800 miles and still in great shape!!!
I have the "Lite" 2007 Ski-doo 159" track on my 800X. 1800 miles over all kinds of snow, stumps, and rocks and its is the first track that I have run (poo, doo, or cat) that is still in great shape -there isn't one lug missing. In certain conditions it trenches to China but it is still in great shape.

The '08 Doo mtn. tracks are all single ply I beleive. Not heard of issues with them.
