Two things from this email......

1. You have bought a bunch of doo's over the past few years so I could see this email making it to some return customers for those who said they have not received the email.

2. "Delivery of your vehicle in the upcoming months" is not the best wording. That reads like an early next year delivery. I hope that is not the case and I'm reading too much into that.

According to what I've read from different sources, it looks like Doo is falling behind on their delivery dates. I have a delivery date of October/November but it's an ESTIMATED delivery date. I have my fingers crossed for a December actual delivery

Yup.

Doo said some sleds would be late and now they are saying about 20% of sleds will be late, i.e., not delivered until January.

Presumably the cyberattack set them back several weeks.

Dealer told me they won’t know till it ships, they need the serial number as well as a bunch of other info before they give a hard price.

Sounds like BS, they had the pricing sheets in February. Spring only Snow check pricing is protected.

Yeah I get it, but I can only argue with them so much it’s like dealing with the IRS/CRA

Nothing is consistent or clear. It’s always a “we’ll see once it’s here”

Well the problem is I am on texting terms with my dealer/sales rep

1. Feb 17th - emailed in the order
2. Feb 20th - called up the dealer and put down the 1000$
3. Silence
4. August update aka nothing
5. Silence
6. Me asking for the sales sheet and update , haven’t heard back ( 1 week ago)

I’m just going to walk in and see what’s up.

I was told by 2 different dealers that they have to have full retail because of not being able to order as many sleds as they would like

Well, I locked mine in. Have the order number and purchase agreement. My dear told me they were allotted 60 snowchecks plus in season and whatever Polaris sleds they're getting in.
