Silverton, Red Bull & Shaun White

Not to mention the sick pad they stayed in. Worked at the Durango, CO ski doo dealer last year and got to deliver two summit 163's to those guys. Thanks to Sean Aaron (photographer for Red Bull) and Joe Prebich ( Shaun White;s manager) for the hospitality. Shaun was super down to earth for a superstar. The pipe is in huricane pass just north of Silverton Ski Area. Was even bigger in person. No matter how much begging I did they wouldn't let me launch my IQR 600 into the foam. Sick Sick Sick!!!!!!!!

nothing going on in SOCO..snow sucks ....terrain is mostly flat

Rabbits ears is THE spot

Yes, ears is awesome but if you think the silverton area is flat? Wow, come down here this winter and point out those flat spots to us. Not to mention most snow in the state every single year.....Wolf Creek

ssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cottonwood?

everyone knows if you want the steep and deep Ophir Creek can't be beat :beer;

another vote for Rabbit Ears, near Steamboast...Just 30 min north of Kremmling, Colorado. If i died and went to sled heaven, it'd be RE, anyone else just doesnt have good snow, imo of course

Another vote for the south side Cottonwood, Silverton, Wolfcreek they had wicked snow last year the deepest I've ever rode in. OVER 3 ft of white fluffy pow with a base your could barely get to. Awsome places to ride! RE was marginal last year mostly packed out and very little fresh.

Problem with other areas is snow is inconsistant or missing. Often, only Vail Pass and RE gets the snow. Due to global warming 80% of CO no longer gets snow..Period..

As you head, north toward the arctic circle the snow appears starting at Summit County. its just Weird...

There is definitely no missing or inconsistent snow in the San Juan's, Silverton/red mountain pass is in your face 40-55 degree slope. Definitely the closest thing to AK, in CO.

Sarcasm is a form of humor that uses sharp, cutting remarks or language intended to mock, wound, or subject to contempt or ridicule, generally saying the opposite of what the statement really is.

Usage

Hostile, critical comments may be expressed in an ironic way such as saying "don't work too hard" to a lazy worker. The use of irony introduces an element of humour which may make the criticism seem more polite and less aggressive but understanding the subtlety of this usage requires second-order interpretation of the speaker's intentions. This sophisticated understanding is lacking in some people with brain damage, dementia and autism :eek:
