Just want to write this to let other people know not to deal with Justin and his turbo.
Start off by waiting for months for my turbo to arive and when it does equipment that was suppost to be supplied was not and am not sure if it is going to come or not (Justin is to busy to answer the phone). He cannot take the time to print off installation instructions and send them with your turbo and to get them from other venders depends if your computer is set up properly to handle the file.
Justin also has this neat little system where if he has the money for your turbo that he is real hard to get ahold of but before he had the money he would answer his phone right away or if you call from a different number then from the one you purchased the turbo from then he will answer right away.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS INCAPABLE PERSON
I am suprised that you other dealers in his area let him get away with these antics it just shows that after market cant be trusted.

We have been out of the shop in the mountains testing for a few weeks, During this time we have missed alot of calls and have not had access to the internet.

Never had these problems.
I find getting him by phone can be hit and miss.
Send him a email he always answers...
 
He had been nothing but a please working with for me. Always returns calls in a timely manner and hasn't jacked me around. Sled runs like a raped ape! Hats of to silber turbos.
 
Oh boy. Your not gonna gain a lot of support on this forum banging silber. Try an get a hold of boston, he should take of u.
 
So.....Silber's main business is doing turbos on snowmobiles. It is the middle of winter and snowmobile season......try calling Indy Dan right now.......try finding the good stuff from RSI, Skinz and other popular accessory manufactures right now......It is the time of year that they sell out of everything they made all last summer and are working on all the new cool things to be developed for 2013/2014 season. Especially with the snow that has suddenly showed up. I have heard nothing but good things about Silber. Keep up the good work guys!!!

I have found it complety the other way. Justin has always answered my calls, if not he will always respond back. He along with corey from next level have had the best customer support that i have ever dealed with! I called on weekends or after hours and they have been nothing but great. Plus the silber kit is sick! works amazing and is kept affordable for the everyday joe. Sorry to hear about your dealings, but maybe you should give them another try. Like was said above, everyone is busy during the peak season. I will buy another kit for my next sled from silber and next level, along with anything else i can from them, continue the great work guys.

I have had Silbers 2012 kit an now have his 2013 kit both have ran very well. My personal experience has been very positive. As stated many times, if ya can't reach Justin, call Corey at Boston Racing. You will be taken care of.
 
Justin and his team have been great to work with for me. In fact I emailed him today and got a response in less than an hour. I prefer a guy who is out testing stuff for next year, instead of a guy sitting by his phone. Emailing gives him a chance to respond, and if he needs to he can call you.

I agree that Silber Turbos are a joke. I mean c'mon, for less than $4k, we shouldn't be allowed to have this much fun and smile/giggle the whole time while we are riding should we? :face-icon-small-ton

This is the first I have ever heard this. My bro in law ran a Silber turbo for a while and had nothing but good to say about the product and the support.

I personally have emailed back and forth with Justin a while back and he has always been very helpful and prompt with getting back.
 
I'm with you, Slabman. I had a simular experience. Answers the phone right away - that is until he gets your money.

I tried posting this last fall just to warn you guys but righ away Jutins little cronies all jump in and countradict what ever you post.

I go nothing to gain by bashing or defending him so what I am posting is just my experience.

I would NEVER give that SOB another dime!!! However, nobody will listen to me and they will keep buying from him.

I will say it again - make sure you buy from a reputable company. Don't get sucked into the "he answers his phone on the weekend" BS. Looking back, I should have spend an extra $1,000 and got a kit that worked out of the box and if it didnt I know that come Monday morning someone will answer the phone. I ruined 2 western trips trying to get my turbo mess running - that cost me much more than the money I saved buying my kit. Personlay, I'm giving Push Turbo a call next sled.

Last week I was in West Yellowstone - I learned that I missed Justin at the gas station by 5 minutes - REALLY a good thing for both of us!!

Push Turbos is going to offer ya better customer service?? That's funny. You'll be back on here next season bitching about them too. At least Silber has dealers that can get you instructions. Do Push install instructions even exist yet? Winters winding down and I've not heard many success stories on the Cats or Poo's.
