But, up where I ride, the skiers have that narrow mind. I have seen guys been hit with ski poles (and they slowed down and went wide), You can ask VOHK about the time his wife almost lost her head by piano wire. Had to be a skier that did that. No other way to get out that far unless they skiied. How about the huge ditch in Eagle County that would have killed a sledder? Bugito saw the ski tracks. Or the huge ditch across the Buff Pass trail coming from Steamboat that almost killed Chris Brown (the 1st time) about 8 years ago? It was done with a Snowcat. Only Snowcats in that area are used by skiers. I have never heard of a sledder actually killing or attempting to kill a skier.

Not really condoning their torturous demise. Just saying that they have a very *****y attitude up in NWCO. Not just RE/Buff either. They are that way on the Gore and the area around the old SLO.

This is exactly how it is down by me too. I personally have had ski poles thrown at me. I went WAY SLOW and WAY WIDE. I grabbed those dumb azz poles and snapped both of them in half, turned away from this azz and roosted the **** outta him. At that point ONE dumbazz ruined it for me, now everytime i see one i think whats he going to do, am i going to have to get into a fight today. BUT i also know dumbazz snowmobiliers that think they OWN the mtn, that think they are better than everyone else and that pisses me off just as much as a skier. I deal with ALL the BRO-BRA's all day as i live in a resort town, i deal with the driving, i deal with pot, i deal with drunkin retards and i deal with the tall tee's. Most of these idiots are from DENVER...... Get used to it DOGMEAT as i hear your moving in..... uh oh.... Its not as bad as it used to be, because most of these skiers are now going where they know we can't. I have only seen some skier access riders at SC acting like a bunch of dicks this year. So if thats the only time i see them this year i wouldn't be surprised. If you hate Vail Pass Co. because of the **** show, get used it......

I snowboard and snowshoe as well as sled.

There is a place for all of that in our great country.

I've heard of sledders flipping off skiers and running over skis... or blasting around a corner and scaring the chit out of skiers or snowshoers on the a SHARED trail system.

I have a lot of cool friends that are skiers and also own sleds... so

again... NO.

Snowboarding is what got me into riding sleds, now I just sled all the time. I also know about 10 other guys that did the same thing as me. Skiing and snowboarding is basically a recruiting pool for snowmachines.

Three second rule, on a shared user route, slow down go a little wide and if within three seconds you dont get some sort of appreciation wave or nod, run them tree hugin, fag loving, pole pushers right on over... Where we ride we usually all get along.
