2 enormous thumbs up! Yesterday afternoon I tagged a huge boulder in the process of filming some re-entries and broke a lower a-arm. Long story short, from knowing Boston Racing and hearing him say they had them in stock while riding last weekend, I called up to the shop. I spoke with David and he said I should have the new arm by Friday afternoon, keeping me from missing any weekend riding. It was 3:00 pm when I got off the phone with him yesterday(Wednesday).

Low and behold, at 9:30 am today(Thursday), the new arm was at my house! Thank you guys very much and I highly recommend anyone that needs parts, whether right away or whenever, give these guys a chance.

HOW ABOUT THIS FOR TOP NOTCH...

Riding last week Friday and tagged a tree with the stock Pro bumper...and we all know how well that held up to the brunt force

Called Boston Racing with NEXT LEVEL POWERSPORTS Saturday night after work (yes, Saturday night) and told him I needed a Skinz front bumper for my 2012 Pro. He gave me Dave's cell phone number as he was out of town riding sled like any normal man would be and on SUNDAY MORNING at 9:00am I met Dave at the shop in Colorado Springs to get the new bumper!!!!

Had the sled back together by Sunday afternoon ready to ride another week!!!

Love having these guys in town. I got my 2nd Silber turbo from them and Cory has been great for helping out with tuning and parts issues. They have also been great handling the swap out of the Zbroz A arms. They also hooked me up with my new Airframes and a few other goodies.

I have to JUMP on the cheerleading BUS also. Cory and Dave have been awesome to deal with. Corey has bent over backwards to help get my Pro running right. Even at his OWN expense. He answers his phone and is always ready to do WHATEVER it takes to get the sled ripping. There are not enough accolades to pass out regarding these guys customer service.

I didnt even buy my Silber turbo from Nextlevel and I bet Cory has called me probably a dozen times to offer assitance with the install,invited me to join them and pretty much tuned my sled for me. Yeah I like that !

when I decided it was time for my avy pack I made one call.

Just wanted to throw another shout out for BR and Next Level Powersports. They went above and beyond helping me get my turbo back up and running on my last vacation. Cory even met me after hours at the shop to swap out parts, not to mention pulled a part off of his personal sled to get me running. Can't say enough good about these guys! And they have some really cool stuff going on in the shop which I'm sure will burn a hole in my pocket at some point!
