Are you sure it's not your service reminder? Usually set from stock to display every 20 hours. You can change it to OFF from the history page then scroll to the service reminder, hold down mode button for 5 seconds or so, it will flash then you can scroll it to OFF. Something like that.

X2 on the service reminder. Mine would do it everytime I started it or switched from forward to reverse or vise versa. I turned the service reminder off and it doesnt show up on the display anymore.

if it is the service reminder it will flash the words "service" in the odometer area as well as the idiot light.
