self diagnostic code 84

got a 05 vector and have a code flashing its two flashes and a 2-3 second space then two flashes and an 84 in the odometer. I have a manual and it doesnt have a code 84 in it? any help greatly appreciated.

Just had a similar issue with my 08' Nytro with an 84 error code. Turns out it was ice in the throttle preventing the pivot pin from moving and making up with the switch that is part of the TORS system. Loosened up the pin and vola, no more code.
