Secondary Spring Question

Going to Bighorns in a little less than 2 weeks. I am curious if changing my secondary spring to the manual specs is worth it for a guy that only gets to make it out west for a week per year or if running the low elevation Spring will work well enough. The numbers seem pretty close to me but I do not know a whole lot on the subject.

Thanks,
Chris

Stick with the stock one. A lot of us out here don't run the black purple and run fine. I have changed mine halfway through the season the last two years and really can't tell much if any difference. As long as you have 60 or 62 gram weights you will be fine with stock secondary.

X2 on the spring, black is fine for a week in the horns. Especially if you don't have a clutch press, and have never taken your helix out (first time out with the torx screws is toughest unless you have the tools and have done it a few time before), or have to take it to a dealer.
