Secondary clutching

Was wondering what people thoughts are on how tight to set the spring on 01 summit 800 secondary clutch? Do you favor tighter or ligher. What effects does it have one way or the other? I ride of trail in the hills and trees, which is better? The setting its been set on is A2 which way should I go or leave it alone.

I always ran it as loose as possible while still having adequate backshift.
I liked the Goodwin blue spring at 14 lbs of twist....I don't remember what setting, I always used a fish scale. What works best will also depend on what secondary setup you have....experiment with a few settings to see what you like.
