They are 6 position compression adjustable. I could probably throw in some springs and retainers for another $30 but I'd have to check on the rate. The springs I have aren't made for these specific shocks but we have another set of retainers that gets the job done. One of my buddies has about 800 miles on the same setup with no issues.
