Rode out of Windigo today. 30" + in most areas, all powder and about a 6" base. I would say Garwood is around 25% better as far as depth

that's great dave! i was gonna go tomorrow but i'm leaning towards wednesday now. of course...i get busy THIS week.

OK...getting lots of hot intel right now. DUMPING at shaver lake. ashbrook is on the plows and said its a white out.

i'm getting reports of heavy, blizzard like snow down to Yosemite Lakes Park which is about 1800 feet. Oakhurst and Bass Lake are getting pounded and its just started in the last 3 hours.

report from the Channel 30 weather guys is to hang on for the next 24 hours...they are expecting 30 inches here by tomorrow night! let's hope it keeps up!

I just heard from a buddy at LTS about a foot. I am riding tomorrow night after work will try and post some picks. I did ride the old sled around the block tonight aaaahhhh what a feeling WINTER IS HERE I can hardly wait. To bad Gnar and Rocknesters sleds dont run they could ride with me.....But their sleds sure do LOOK nice.

The SnoTel site was reporting 31" at Independence Lake when I just looked. Squaw Valley reported 33" and Sonora Pass/Levitt Lake reported 50".

5 of us rode today above bass lake. we had to put in at the bottom of beasore road and ripped it up to cold springs summit. about 18" on a 6" base at the top. fun road-ride with lots of dry pow and no tracks. i'll post up some pics from the video of the snowfalling in a bit. it dumped all day on us...thanks stephy.

we did lose wolverine with a burned piston. he was trying to catch a turbo nytro with a mod M1000...not a good idea. he did hang with me for a bit on one straight-away but once the boost got happy...forget about it! LOL.
