Doug (Rock Star) has one of the biggest and most giving hearts there is. For those who don't know, he had a 3 level front and back lumbar fusion about 4 weeks ago. This is a big surgery! He has been very very painful and is unable to drive for 3 months, and unable to lift anything or shovel. If anyone is heading up Mirror Lake Hwy you may consider stopping by his place, just East of Samak, to see if he needs any help. Our help will go a long way for him. Things he may need....shoveling snow, groceries, and filling buckets for his stove. A few minutes of face time with friends may also help take his mind off the pain for awhile. RS even admitted to me that he's not one to ask for help, so he needs folks to take the initiative on helping him. One can read in his words just how much he hurts, yet continues to always think of others. He has a heart of gold.
