RIP Happy

We are fortunate because there is no way our pets could be hit by a street vehicle. But a fisher got two of our cats several years ago. Where we live coyotes, and especially timber wolves are a threat to any pet.
I am sorry about the sideways pictures. This only happens on SnoWest.

Thanks everyone.
For those interested, here's Happy's story.
He and his brother were born to our neighbors cat.
They gave them to a different neighbor.
Well we walk Lucy around the neighborhood loop multiple times a day, and these cats and Lucy always did their "hello" ritual every time we passed by.
Before long Happy started coming over to spend time with Lucy.
The owner tried taking him home a few times, but he'd come right back!
Other neighbors were complaining that he was coming in their garage and eating their cat food, so I asked the owner if it would be alright if we fed him.
Of course his new home was official at this point.
I didn't pet him as much as I wanted due to allergies, but my wife made up for that!
He definitely made 2017 a better year for all of us.
Even his owners thought the relationship between these two was comical.
It's tempting to get another one, but what made this special is the way he picked us instead of us picking him.

I've never been anti cat, but always placed them below dogs, but have come to realize any of God's creatures can weave their way into your heart and family.

Thanks for listening to Happy's story.
