Riding Alpine 18th to 23rd (can you help us?)

Hey guys,
I'm wondering if anyone might live in Alpine (or will be out there at the same time) and be willing to meet up with us (you don't have to go out and ride with us, although you are welcome too) we're a group of 4 mainly looking for someone who can help point us in the right direction. We take western trips every year but we generally don't repeat the same riding area. Soooo, this is our first trip to Alpine. Would it be worth it if we bought you a few beers at the local bar in downtown Alpine and you pointed out on a trail map some nice spots for us to head too for some off trail awesomeness?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Peter

Where are you staying? I highly recommend The Rockin M Ranch. Rob at the M can answer any question you may have. There is a dealer in town called Lincoln County Customs http://www.lccwy.com/ that may be able to help you too! :becky:
Sent you a PM.

Thank you! We are actually staying at a cabin 1/4 mile from greys River trail head. We are flying in and renting so we won't have the luxury of trailering to specific spots. Hopefully we can find good stuff without riding forever down the trials....

the gas station in alpine sells a trail map of the area. Thats what we used to find stuff. There is a lodge about 8 miles in from the grays R trail head. I forget the name but they sell fuel grill cheese sandwiches and soup. The Blind bull area is that way too. Cabin creek access is around that location. Those were the farthest spots we rode to via Alpine. We drove down to bedford and access the cabin creek area via some road. Saved some trail miles on the sled but kinda western getting in there. Its pretty easy to navigate with good weather. Have fun.

It's called the Box Y guest ranch and it's close to 30 miles in from the trailhead. I will send you a pm
