What is with all of the shows coming out on "reality" working shows?

There is the original, Cops, and now we have
Deadliest Catch
Ice Road Truckers
Ax Men
Dirty Jobs
I have seen commercials for a bunch more but cant think of them.
I just saw a commercial for a Texas oil patch one.

What others are there that I have forgotten?
