took Skibreeze's advice and that was the problem......i unplugged all three wires and it runs fine.....no dying..plugged'em back in and started dying again....although it is working i am a little suspicious that it didn't need anything plugged back in to run....bypassed or not it works as long as the wires are unplugged...?

Here's an update for Ralph:
The snow is junk, stay home and watch movies!!!
And for the rest of you guys, 1 to 3 feet of fresh, deepest day of the year for me anyhow. All the snow plows must off today RE Pass was a mess, lot was not plowed although it was empty I could not believe how empty it was up there today. I had to dig the truck out before I left. Great ride Tyler until next time..

....gotta say the motorfist is one tough jacket.......who can fix my sled? it dies out intermittently while i'm riding...usually when i need it the most....riding along and it goes directly to idle then back to life....then back to idle...to power.....hot, cold, fast, slow, whenever......it will only do it while i'm riding it as opposed to hanging in the garage where it is flawless.....there's no middle ground, no blubbering or bogging.... it goes as throttled and intermittently drops right to idle and back.....see ya out there if i get it fixed

seems i got the same bug, jacket sled and all.

..there's only one thing i know for sure.....The new motorfist 'event' jacket is awesome. Waterproof is a statement few print directly on the front of the jacktet, like a name tag.

bty.....anyone ever take a throttle switch apart and fix it or is it made that it cannot be repaired?

Does anyone have a current report on how much new snow fell at the ears the last couple of days?

I heard there was 10" that fell between 2/17 and 2/18.

A foot or better on the flats, nice and deep in the trees, snowing really good when we left. See ya in morning Tyler, should be the nice and fluffy stuff tomorrow.. Good riding with ya Jim, maybe we'll see you tomorrow..

I rode Buff today, found 24"+ on the Wilderness Boundary

You live in the middle of God's country....yet you always find something to be unhappy about.

Ill take a awesome day out with friends anyday....no matter how the snow is.

Sun was in and out most of the day, towards the end of the day the snow was really baking down, more snow is on the way though..

Hey Greg, Isaac and I crossed paths with your group on Saturday morning. I gave you a wave but not sure you could make a positive ID. We had a good ride. I'll post up some vid when Isaac gets them edited a bit.
