I have a few questions for some protesters that are protesting the elections.
Why do you have to be violent?
How many of you didn't even vote?
How can you impeach someone who isn't in office yet?
Why do you attack the police? They are there to protect you!
Why do you attack local businesses? They employ your citizens.
Why do you disrupt traffic? People are going to and from work, picking up their kids, going to the clinic or hospital, trying to catch a flight.
You march in protest of the election. How many of you are attending a Veterans Day parade today?
I don't like Clinton or Trump. But we have a constitution and WE are a nation of laws. Like it or not he is our president and the election is over. There will be another one in less than two years. Get involved. Peacefully.

In North Dakota for the Dakota Access Pipeline, burning stuff, vandalizing equipment and trespassing is all considered peaceful to these eco terrorists. Today there "protesting" reclamation of the pipeline, whoops. Cold weather can't come fast enough.

What we are witness to is the complete disintegration of a once great nation caused by the polarizing effects of a two party system. We are all to blame, unless you ain't got the guts to take your share of it. Arrogance, pride, self righteousness, greed ,ego is in all of us and is easily expressed and magnified when one believes that their party is never wrong. I was a registered democrat once to be a delegate for a sheriff candidate and a commissioner candidate, I knew these people for the good people they are not because they were democrats-hell I really didn't even know what a democrat or a republican was until I did this. After learning a little bit about how politics work and what it meant to be in a party I changed my registration to u/a . What I witnessed was a stark division in people who lived in the same county, these people know each other ,go to same churchs and social functions send their kids to the same schools and then they lie, defame, gossip and wish ill will on each other because of their party affiliation. The division of the people of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA that has been caused by the two party system, I am afraid will never be undone .When I look at my grand kids my heart aches for them. We are all to blame.:brokenheart:

You said it very well, and make a good point.
As I have aged I make it a point not to like or dislike a person because of their political or religious affiliation or beliefs. Unless they start pushing it on me.

I can certainly understand the anger and frustration felt by the Hillary supporters.
Had she won, I would have the same feelings of despair.
However, I wouldn't protest, I wouldn't loot,I wouldn't burn, destroy or harm others. I would simply assess the hand dealt and determine the best way to play it.

It's time for the childish tantrums to end. Cry all you want, but you're not getting your way this time.

Regarding these protests, I see no reason to send in law enforcement. Simply deploy firetrucks to douse the crowds. It's a perfect non-violent way to deal with these immature anarchists.

My personal statement to those who lost....
You are more than welcome to join the winning team and help us move forward. If you choose not to, simply stay the f#ck out of the way and watch how it's done.

The vast majority of Clintorn supporters are doing just what you say you would have done. The ones protesting are in the severe minority.

There have been incidents during past elections. Nothing to my knowledge quite like what we've got this time, much more isolated things.

IMO, what we are seeing is nothing compared to what I saw many Trump supporters promise to do if he lost. I saw many calls for violent revolution were that to happen.

Pretty sure I have seen some video clips of Hillary campers threatening lives... Excuse them though huh?

You liberals do need to take note. The working people of this country have had enough socialism foisted upon them. At some point, the policies you supported will likely cause civil war. That isn't a threat but a fact.

Hopefully the Trump regime can swing the country back on track long enough to survive the next liberal onslaught. Even if this experiment goes well I suspect there will still be those looking to further shred the constitution. That is a serious threat, one the liberals seem to harbor daily.

I do not understand why you libs don't just move to one of the wonderful socialist countries that already exist? Lots of places with government healthcare, government funded higher education and plenty of social programs and rules so that you don't have to be responsible for yourself at all. I understand that the hang up for many is that these countries are almost all at capacity for freeloaders and you would have to prove some worth to get in. Isn't that alone enough to snap you out of it? The Hillary experiment has been tried more places than I can count and failed in just about every single one of them. What makes you people think it is going to work in a country as diverse and expansive as the USA? WAKE UP!

This. Play the hand dealt. In this case buy bank stocks :D

For those of you who blame all liberals for the idiots who do stupid stuff in the name of protest imagine what would have happened if Trump lost. We all know there would be hillbillies/"militia" and racists running amok for awhile trying to raise hell. If conservatives cannot control their extreme right then you cannot expect the left to do the same.

This whole election has been one irony after another. The winning campaign ran on one of the most divisive platforms in modern history and now they are asking people to come together. Trump called for the elimination of the electoral college and was then handed the presidency by said electoral college. I can only image what would have happened if Trump won 2 million more votes then Hillery but Hillary was given the presidency. The candidate that ran as an Washington outsider and against the evils of wall street money is now filling his cabinet with life long political figures and wall street hedge fund managers. Trump called Hillary "crooked" yet Trump is headed to court at the end of the November on Racketeering charges. The caveat to this is his attorney's asked for a continence till after he is sworn, knowing that the House of Representatives would be less likely to impeach one of their own if he is found guilty of fraud. The man on the short list for the AG cabinet position is talking about trying to convict Hillary on the so called email gate is himself caught up in his own bridge gate with two of his chief personal being already convicted of said bridge gate. The next 4 years will be interesting for sure

Two announced so far

Steve Bannon as political strategist
A chairman at Breitbart news

Reince Priebus as Chief of staff
An attorney that has been in politics most of his adult life

I certainly have no problem with either of these gentlemen
The COS is "the man behind the curtain" and will need the political wherewithal to guide Trump and help him keep his tit out of the political wringer, which with Donald will be a full time job!

Simply not true. Us hillbilly's had our chance to riot like the crybaby liberals a few times now. You idiots elected Obama twice remember? Nobody burned and looted over that. It is a liberal only crybaby response.

There were at least a few groups that said they were going to protest if Trump didn't win because the election was "rigged". If you choose to over look the facts that is fine. I will let you live on in ignorance :)
