Taken from Congress.org. Does anyone remember a thing called the Constitution? What else is he lying about just to become President?


Nobody seems to know that Obama is apparently ineligible to U.S. president according to U.S. constitution. A still-pending lawsuit questioning his eligibility was filed back in August and served on Obama and Democratic Party in September. This was filed after it had been pretty well proven that Obama was born in Kenya, Africa instead of in Hawaii. That so-called birth certificate copy from Hawaii given by Obama in July was proven to be a fraud by forensic experts. By continuing to allow this candidate to proceed as presidential candidate, our congressmen are close to ruining Our U.S. constitution. They are playing with it's eligibility rule for U.S. presidency. Congress by turning a blind eye to these facts is putting our U.S. constitution in grave danger. When all members of Congress took office, they swore to protect the U.S. constitution. Where is the allegiance here? Obama is a person who has apparently lied in order to become a president nominee. It don't matter how popular he is in this case. Congress must have him removed for sake of our constitution.

This issue has gotten some more play time in the media the last couple of days. The concern is the this issue may not be resolved in the court system until late Dec. The problem is that the election will be over by then. If Obama wins the election and is then found that he is not eligible who will be the president? The runner up?

One could only imagine the outcry of how another election was stolen from the Dem's. This cahos could destroy the country.

That would mean he put forward fraudulant docs.. That would make his pres run illigal.

BTW... Congress.org is a privately owned website. It is not an official site, they could be selling p0rn if they wanted. But by having the .org status they just cannot profit. Non-profit only.

This is the first I have seen anything about this birth certificate business but I do know that this birth certificate copy and five dollars won't get you on a bus. It has no state stamp on it and no signature. I went through this getting a passport five years ago.. He may have one but that is NOT it.
